From the initial enquiry I found the full process excellent. All the staff were very professional at all times and also very helpful to make the full experience for the customer a good one. They deliver a fast but very efficient service and a very big thank you to their fitters where nothing was a problem, really great job, thank you!

Had sitting room window blinds fitted today! Great quality and the lads (Scott & Rob) were very polite, friendly and professional. Have used this company before and haven’t left a review in the past, but just wanted to say… Highly recommended… girls in office also need a shout out… as they are well organised making the service from start to finish 5*.

Rob was very friendly and helpful suggesting the right blinds for my new house and came back to fit them a couple of weeks later. He was very quick and efficient and talked me through their operation and care before he left. I am extremely happy with my blinds and with the service I received from Deal Direct. I highly recommend Rob.

Beautiful blinds, I went to another company for another blind I purchased but have come back to deal direct due to the quality of the blinds. The 2 guys fitting Paul & Scott were super quick, explained everything and were very professional. Would highly recommend!
