Product did not arrive and no refund.
Product did not arrive. I was asked to pay for postage again if I wanted the product. One month later still no refund. I would advise not to purchase anything off this site. Also when I contacted them on their Instagram page about my refund I have been blocked or restricted. AVOID

Your statmnet is completely false, the product was returned to us and we gave you the choice of a full refund or we offered a reshipment, of this you chose refund and this money was fully refunded to your account. We confirmed this by email.

Ordered but never received, beware!
So first time ordering from here as it was one of the only places I could find a certain pre workout. Ordered and paid for next day special delivery guaranteed by 1pm.
Was advised via email from cross the limits that royal mail had collected it from the them, tracking showing this to be untrue as royal mail are still yet to receive it even two days later... Emails, although answered fairly quickly they do not seem to care or understand the issue, once an item is picked up by royal mail or dropped off, the tracking would reflect this and having spoken to royal mail they have confirmed that they have not received the package.
Overall very disappointed, I have had to raise it with my bank in order to recover my funds as they can't even prove they have sent it.

Thank you for leaving feedback. However, as we explained earlier, the tracking number is received when the address label is printed, and the package is prepared and ready to be shipped. The Royal Mail courier collects parcels daily. Unfortunately, Royal Mail lost this package at their sorting office before scanning it. In this case, we will file a claim for the lost parcel on your behalf as soon as Royal Mail T&C allows us.
