Sur 3 commandes je ne reçois qu'ue seule, et ce n'est que lorsqu'elle est retourné chez eux qu'ils me disent "on va vous rembourse" sans autre explication ni de leur côté essayer de comprendre pourquoi cela fonction 1 fois sur 3 seulement. En anglais pour eux cela donne ça : "It's not a professional answer :

The customer is desperately waiting for their order without any response despite all their emails, and you're satisfied with your service??? Product ordered and received, but unfortunately it had NO EFFECT at all, so I took it to a lab for analysis.

The lab reported that “no active substance was found.”

Check the 1‑star reviews — you’ll see I’m not the only one.

And you might not even realize it yourself… be careful with placebo effects.

After sending them the analysis results as proof, they had the nerve to tell me they’re not responsible for what they sell on their website.

And when I reminded them of European laws, they were basically on the verge of calling me a liar, implying everything could be fake.

Shameful — I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. The audacity.

Anyway, be very careful when ordering from them, because you might receive something, but be cautious about what you consume :)

Had an issues some of the products I purchased. Customer support was quick to help. Thanks for that. Other than that the products are excellent.

Trotz mehrerer Versuche Kontakt aufzunehmen keine Regung,geschweige denn eine Ersatzlieferung erhalten wie versprochen!
