Very disappointed as my doughnuts were supposed to be delivered yesterday from 7am to 2pm. They did not arrive. Sent two emails yet no answer. About to send my third. Phone number on website is not in use. Tried another number which is apparently engaged all the time.

Delicious donuts as always from Crosstown, i brought a box of 6 as a ‘thank you for having me’ visit to friends and they were very well received/devoured! Very easy to order ahead on the website for collection as well

Very disappointed based on previous experiences, turned up in an unbranded box had been bashed about and the Donuts inside stale and dry, complained and got a second box exactly the same. What a shame as these used to be incredible. It's hard to tell because they were so stale but it seemed to taste cheaper too, the jam doughnut only had jam on about 1/3 of the doughnut though so make of that what you will. I read that Crosstown is under new management, perhaps it's the signs of a sinking ship cutting corners to make a profit, as they say though the proof is in the pudding. This is no longer a quality product in my opinion.

Whilst the donuts and service in store were great.
I was extremely disappointed with the £5 spent of gift card and wrapping. For £5 I simply received a printed off piece of a4 paper. I was shocked. I emailed complaints asking for a refund on the additional spent and received zero reply. So their customer service also appears to be flawed.

We paid £400 for doughnuts at our wedding and what was prepared was not what was ordered. There were a number of errors prior to this which had left me with low confidence and this was just so appalling given it needed to be right. We got in touch with the company, they apologised and asked how they could rectify this - I suggested they refund us for the doughnuts we didn't order (75%), and then never heard back. Do not use their event planning services.

The best sugar rush! Hefty sourdough donuts with the most ideal flavours. Located at primal spots in London.
The cinnamon bun and their Pb&J is to die for #salivating.

Ordered 12 donuts for my husband's birthday on 10th May. Sadly the delivery driver abandoned the route halfway through and went home so we never got them.

I've been trying to get my £63 back ever since. I've had to chase so many times I've lost count. I've been told (by someone running their Instagram because all my emails go unanswered) because of the method of payment it takes extra time to process - but its been 3 weeks. It doesn't take that long to process a refund. This is a dodgy company hoping that they can just ignore me and keep my money.

Very easy to order through the app, love the taste of their doughnuts, the only problem is that sometimes they run out early in the afternoon. and that they are a little pricey, I wish they had more offers

I ordered 12 vegan doughnuts for delivery through Crosstowns website. They didn't arrive on time and when they did they were stale and had gone bad. This was almost two weeks ago and despite my best efforts at contacting them I've heard nothing back.

Seems like a scam to me so I'd avoid at all costs

I have brought many times in store and always been happy with the quality. I have also received a previous online order and whilst they are not as great as what you pick up in store we’re still good. However, we ordered 4 x 1/2 dozen for a party this weekend. They were delivered on the Friday, but were stale by the Sunday. I’m not sure if we expected the shelflife to be longer than 36 hours so maybe it is our lack of understanding or expectation was wrong? However, the doughnuts were literally stale, dry and chewy - inedible. Even the five-year-olds at the party would not eat them (and the dog had a pretty heft chew on its hands!) which is saying something when it comes to doughnuts. All in all, pretty disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend mail order as it doesn’t seem to translate unless we were just very unlucky with the batch for some reason.

Tried one of their 'cake doughnuts' they sell on Ocado Zoom and it's genuinely the worst thing I've eaten in a long time - my son refused to eat his half and doughnut was his first word.

The 'doughnut' is mostly made of bulk pre-mix cake mix, according to the ingredients, has terrible texture, and 10 minutes later I've still got a disgusting oil flavour and texture in my mouth.

I used to love crosstown doughnuts but they've fallen far but still charge a premium price. They are not the company they used to be, presumably since their acquisition by Karali Snacks.

Great staff, very helpful and attentive to my order. Will definitely go again.

Crosstown corporate are stiffing local businesses by claiming bankruptcy and not paying debts - yet they still seem happy to stay open and take your cash. Get back in your box.

The 12 doughnuts that I ordered for my birthday were stale. It felt like old doughnuts from days before put in my order. I do not recommend this company. I reached out to customer service more than a week ago. No one has addressed this issue.

Easy to order and collect and the doughnuts tasted great!

Ordered a delivery which did not turn up. Initially said I was order 57 and driver was on 19 then went back to being prepared. Telephone number provided was unavailable.

Donuts were delivered the next day. Thrown over the gate into a flowerbed. Spillage on the box and donuts rock hard and inedible.

No response from Crosstown

We ordered a dozen pandan lamination doughnuts which are my husbands favourite. He waits patiently for them to be available each year. Unfortunately our nearest branch canary wharf has closed so we ordered from Greenwich as the delivery costs are very high. It should be free delivery given we spent over £50. When I arrived to collect, there was only 1 person serving so the wait time was very long. When I collected the doughnuts, I was informed that there were no available boxes so I had to collect in the extra large delivery box which really wasn’t a great way to present the doughnuts especially as I was bringing them to a party. The laminating doughnut in display looked awful which concerned me & when I opened the box, the doughnuts were a lot smaller than last year and looked awful. My husband and the guests at the party were very disappointed in the quality and taste. I am not sure if this was a bad batch or if the recipe or method of production has changed & the size of the doughnuts have shrunk for cost cutting purposes but given this experience, we will not be ordering from crosstown again which is sad as we have been loyal crosstown customers. I ordered a large crosstown stack on a cake stand for my husbands 40th birthday. I hope that this feedback helps you improve as unfortunately we feel that crosstown has declined significantly which is such a shame.

I ordered 6 vegan and 6 normal and they didn’t label which one was which. Flavours were ok and the donuts were big.

Doughnuts were awesome, got a bunch for the team and they now complain if we get them from anyone else 🙂

No issues with order or collection.
Impressive decorations. Bread could be a bit lighter/softer (more dried friuts in bread).
