Had so many dope experiences with crowdfreak!

Between the constant practice on stage to working with the engineers to create my own, crowd freak has helped me grow not only as an artist but as an entertainer as a whole. Not only that Distrofreak has made it easier than ever for me to post and push my music while being able to keep track of my financial earning off of the music I make.

CrowdFreak Distribution has been an amazing platform for my artists to distribute their music! It’s a super easy upload process and all their music launches in a fast timely manner, especially when compared to the other distribution platforms we have used previously!

They do have a customer service within their dms (which is just a chat based interaction) at a first reach out and if needed to continue to speak to someone directly I had spoken to a rep which was nice, especially compared to others!

They were willing to go above and beyond and make sure they could answer any and all questions or concerns I had for my artists!

This company really provides true value for users! From experience I've seen them place thousands of artist on stage. And their new distribution arm is top tier. My friend was selected to perform on their festival Backwoods And Bonfires 🗣️ I would recommend!

Total scam. Bought 1on1 call as a birthday gift well in advance. Call never came, tried to reschedule. Never replied. Contacted business, they told me to contact owner. Owner never replied but my messages are “seen” on Instagram. Contacted business again, they stopped replying as well.

They literally take away your views it's fake views and they take away your followers their scamming I repeat do not use this used musicvertising or sound campaign I'ma say this one last time do not use this!!!

They’ll take your money and you’ll never hear from them or ever be placed on any Spotify playlists. There is no way to contact them. Their website contact redirects you to their Instagram which has DMs blocked even though they tell you to DM them. They have a number that if you text you’ll get no response. They promoted my song on a promotional Instagram with fake followers. They gave my promo post the exact same number of fake likes as every post on that page. No comments of course. Their one customer review on their website is from an artist who is affiliated with them and probably in on their scam. Their email address is no-reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Try to contact them first if you want proof.

Well im sure they will answer now once this is posted just like the rest of them. On the 14th of this month ive purchased one of their services & till this day no answer. They have no customer service on their site at all, only way to reach them is their instagram (not professional). When I tried to reach them "through instagram" no response. On their bio it says to text their number "for crowdfreak" which I did and instead its a auto system that gives you no options. When you click "Help" it sends you to a whole new different web page that has nothing to do with them! -_- Through out the weekend new stories are posted up on their instagram but no one answers to the messages ive been sending them about my order. More than 72 hours passed like their site claims & nothing smh. Ill be taking my business else where, its just another lesson learned with these sites.

Yeh they are scammers. No customer service. No reimbursement. No promotion. Nothing. Lies through and through. Save your money. Spend it elsewhere
