Connecting via smart tv was fairly easy with just a very minor discrepancy for the connection info. It was fixed in a matter of minutes with the help of the support team. Excellent service.

Great support! Excellent channel selections! Customized my list of categories so my favorite countries were at top. Price is higher then other suppliers but the support is so helpful and timely it makes it worthwhile!

I've had the service for 1 month now
I've had the service for 1 month now. I have to say that it is the worst. Their system keeps kicking me out then eventually it comes back. It's slow to load and an overall headache.

The only problem I have is it kicks me off the channels all the time. Its saying streaming has failed all the time besides all that I really like PrimoTV

Some channels work sometimes
Not all of the streaming channels work consistently. One day they may fine and next the are blank. These are sports channels which makes it frustrating.

So far so good
No problems so far on my android TV with Tivimate. Couldn’t install on a second TV though but I haven’t contacted support yet. Otherwise the service has been good so far and I’ve had fewer problems than I’ve had with other providers.
