Time wasters and rude office manager.

YOU HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE IT!

Accepted a company quote dated 18/7/24 for a full survey on an oak tree situated near my house.Photos had been supplied .Company wrote 20/8/24 to advise me that since ladders were required could not proceed.

My complaint is the TIME taken before stating they could not accept the work MOST UNPROFESSIONAL

The person we spoke to (Ivan, we think) was happy to advise us over the phone re concerns we had about some large conifers close to a property we are considering buying. Very helpful, thankyou.

Wayside Bowling Club appointed Crown Tree Consultancy following a number of recommendations from various sources.
The Administration team provided timely responses to communications and the appointed Consultant could not have been more helpful.
The Consultant carried out a review of all the trees in the area and took notes, measurements and numerous pictures to identify trees and potential problems.
The Tree Condion report provided a detailed in-sight into the condition of the trees and the Consultant's recommendations for removal of a few trees, removal of deadwood and canopy pruning. In addition, the report recommended timescales for the work to be carried out. This will be particularly helpful for budgetting purposes as there is extensive work to be carried out.
Finally, the administration and the technical knowledge provided by Crown Tree Consultancy was excellent and we would recommend them to any future client.

Very pleased with the service provided by Crown Tree Consultancy. My partner and I needed a tree report for a property we are in the process of purchasing. Daisy responded to my quote request quickly, providing a reasonable quote offer and also attached an example of what we could expect in the report. Once we had agreed on the quote, the tree report was booked in with our estate agent for a few days later. Emma, who undertook the survey, was able to answer any queries we had and was able to put together a full report with everything that we had asked to be looked at. The whole process was very simple and will definitely use their service again
