Interminating
Interminating, bullies, threats!!!! They basically said if we didn't wanted to continue with them we had to pay over £1000 in fees, scaremongering tactics.
We are seeking legal advice.
I have asked for you to contact me as my wife as given me permission to act on her behalf, which you are still emailing her. Again, is affecting her wellbeing.
It ashamed where this site is the only place you are replying to me.
I have told my wife to block your emails.
You have my contact details should you want to talk.

Where do I start absolute joke these guys bad experience with this lack of communication no letter received emails with updates not asking me to do anything or for any details yet I now have nearly 3 grand bill to pay in 30 days absolute joke of a company in my eyes not got that kind of money

Why ask for ID at such an early stage?constantly contacted by this…
I'm constantly contacted by this company which I find unsettling! They asked for proof of my ID months ago. I contacted them way back to advise i would not be sending my ID as this claim was way off being considered! I explained they had no right to my ID at this stage! Why would they need it when these claims are so not guaranteed? I'm not comfortable with this! I am now receiving calls almost everyday for this information! If the claim is confirmed officially in writing , I will forward my ID at that stage.

No admin skills
Initially used their website form to give details for a car claim. I heard nothing for over a week. I then used their info email on their website and sent the info through again. Less than a week later I received a response to my email and then subsequently almost the same response to the form I'd filled in.
I then received (twice) a contract to sign but other than my name, none of the information I had supplied them was in the contract. I decided not to pursue and told them twice in response to each email as clearly two people in their office were responding.
Today I have received an update on "my case" due to the recent announcement in the news. I am furious! I told them I didn't wish to pursue because they cannot seem to be able to keep appropriate logs of their own admin or complete their own contracts with the customers details.
Do not use this firm, find yourselves a company that can actually answer correctly and produce correct, informative contracts.

Recently wrote to me looking for proof…
Recently wrote to me looking for proof of identity and address. This, in regards to a car loan class action. I replied asking for name address of the principals of this firm. The email was undelivered. The documents asked for can be used to impersonate me. Also, I was part of similar class action before and was never asked that.

Recognition of her help
I have been in contact with J. Madeley (I hope it's okay I have used her surname) for some times in regards to an ongoing claim and I just wanted to bring to the attention of those relevant just how kind and reassuring she is to communicate with - no matter how silly my query she is always very quick to give me a detailed rundown of how things are going and has been consistently helpful throughout.

I told my son that I contacted you. He led me to think that I may have made a mistake and could be scammed. I rang you and Paul answered.
Paul explained the system to me and convinced me that I was not being scammed. I told him that I was fearful, that I live in rented accommodation, have a Motability car and no savings.
