This company is sending threatening…
This company is sending threatening emails claiming someone signed up for a service I never agreed to, demanding payment for something that was never provided. After checking Companies House, they’re late filing accounts and have multiple charges against them. This looks highly suspicious and unethical. I will be reporting them to the relevant ombudsman. Avoid this company at all costs – do not trust them.

There are no charges against us, anyone can verify this through company’s house, the details you refer, as to our account filing are outdated notices.
We can assure you; we are a regulated firm. Which you can verify through our ‘SRA’ (Solicitors Regula on Authority) number: 639255, additionally our Company Number: 10610997 via the government’s website. Due to the nature of our firms’ regulations, we can not and do not practice by any means which could be misleading, 'scam' or fraudulent practices.
We only act on cases, which we feel are established and most essentially, have written authority received from our clients. We can provide you, a full audit of how your details were received to our firm, and the authority you provided. Should you feel dissatisfied with any the communication you have received to date, regarding this.
In order for us to resolve these issues for you, then we would please request you to contact us. ,We would appreciate if you could email your full name, any client ID references, and the details of your complaint to info@crsolicitors.co.uk. This company are looking like a scam, I didn’t ask to be set up with them, they are only interested in taking your money, with threats of legal action, if you do not respond. I emailed them asking for information and they did not provide the information requested.

They are scammers
They are scammers; they are trying to force me to sign up with them for a claim I did not ask them to make on my behalf.
I am waiting to see what they will do. They just threatened me to say I have no choice but to go ahead with them, or I will pay.
I am waiting for them terrible people, stay away from them.

This company are savage
This company are savage, they are bombarding my email daily, they are telling me they are claiming against black horse finance for me, I started my claim directly with black horse finance a year ago and it’s nearly at the conclusion.
I think my details have been gained through methods that are potentially not through the proper channels.
I have now sent three emails telling them to remove my details and to email me to confirm this has been done, as yet no reply, just more emails telling me to confirm my ID.
There’s definitely a pattern here looking through peoples experiences.
I am disabled person who has recently come out of hospital and could do without all this stress and worry, for something I didn’t even want or need.

We work with similarly regulated lead specialist. It’s likely, you signed up for a claim with an organisation such as My Claims Group, who are a registered claims management company, who generate established client leads for potential motor finance claims.
No action is complete before we have gain sufficient client authority. We complete stringent investigation of any accusations of fraud or misinformation. We would not proceed with your claim, unless we felt we had sufficient authority in which to act. We will be able to provide you with the signed consent you had completed to instruct us on this claim. As well as provide confirmation, of how your claim was provided to our firm, and the exact details of how and when you signed up for a claim.
We will be in contact to provide further update to resolve your complaint. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I contacted this company to see if I had a case relating to a vehicle I previously owned, I was asked to provide ID, I don’t like sending ID for obvious reasons now I am getting regular emails saying potential settlement and to upload my ID, you either have a settlement offer or you don’t there’s no ‘potential’ there, I really don’t like the way everything is done via email with nothing concrete actually sent, much like other people that bit makes it all feel like it’s a scam, and there is no information about how the data is protected either once shared, with so many scams around if you are a genuine company you really are doing yourselves a disservice doing business this way, and I would like to hear what happens to people’s data once you have it as there is no mention of it!

Scamming thieves emailed me multiple…
Scamming thieves emailed me multiple times per day out of the blue telling me to sign an agreement as they can get some car loan back. I have NEVER contacted them before. I emailed them to ask where they got my details and why ask why they have emailed me at least twice a day, every day, for weeks. I also stressed to them that I have recently left hospital following an overdose and have been suffering with sever depression, and that their repeated communications are adding to the stress. They responded today claiming that some other company gave them my details, and as I didn't reply to their original email within 14 days they assumed that I wanted their services and if I cancel now I will have to pay them. They're a disgusting fraudulent company and I have contacted the police about them, their owner Kavon Hussain, and director Peter Tobin, to advise them that they I will now be contacting the police about them personally as their business practices are clearly illegal and they are trying to scam vulnerable people.

Harassment
I enquired with these guys and heard nothing back
Now I’m being bombarded with emails for my identification
I’ve told them I’ve gone with another solicitor as they didn’t reply
Now there saying I’ll be charged potentially if I don’t give my details
Sounds a scam to me
Don’t trust them they’ve tried to threaten charges for a free consultation because I haven’t gone with them 🤦🏻♂️

I am very suspect about sending proof…
I am very suspect about sending proof of ID to this company as am worried about being scammed. And why should I give it at such an early stage in the claim, and where is the proof I will be paid up, provide that evidence and I might provide ID. I'm also bombarded with emails and messages and feel bullied.

Constant requests for ID
I made the mistake of checking my car insurance claim eligibility on their web page and now get bombarded with requests to upload my ID. I have not signed up with this company and after this harassment I never would.

These people are harassing me
These people are harassing me. I explored the option of them helping me to make a claim, then decided I could and would make the claims directly. I am now constantly being harassed to proceed and sign an agreement and provide ID. I don’t know how many times and ways I can tell them no thanks. Not interested. They won’t let up. Clear that they want to profit on my behalf.

I called to ask a question regarding the new claims against car right offs. Unfortunately Consumer rights solicitors does not offer this service, but instead of closing the call he asked may I give you an update on your current claims, which is 3 for the hidden commission finance. He did not have to do this. He could of closed phone and twiddled his thumbs but he did not. He takes pride in his work and is a very much people person. Thank you for the fantastic customer service.

Interminating
Interminating, bullies, threats!!!! They basically said if we didn't wanted to continue with them we had to pay over £1000 in fees, scaremongering tactics.
We are seeking legal advice.
