I have a number of Crumpler bags, one of my camera bags (about 20 years old) has been all over the world and is still in constant use. When I was looking for a day bag for walking my dog I therefore turned to Crumpler. As there are no longer any stores in the UK I ordered online. The bags (my husband wanted on too) arrived quickly and we are so pleased with them - the usual crumpler quality and thoughful design.

Excellent product (Dinky Di Messenger), the second I have owned (the first is still in use, I just wanted something newer and a change of colour).
Good customer support -when I experienced difficulties in arranging shipping- (the bag is distributed from the German branch/distributors for UK orders).
Supplies seemed erratic as the messenger bag I wanted would appear for a few days on-line and then sell out quickly (a good sign of popularity, not so good for me), a quick email to Crumpler and they provided me with a useful approximate date for their next restock/delivery of that particular bag, and that worked well.
Very happy with the bag, recycled materials, great finish, and uniquely Crumpler.

Fast delivery, great 3-way carry bag with good practical internal organisation .

Lovely product. Well made & easy to use. And a Reasonable delivery timescales considering the times we’re currently in with COVID rules.

My third Crumpler bag, and just like the previous two, the quality, design and storage are superb. I only replace them because it's nice to get a new bag with each new laptop (17", then 15" now 13").

If you run Macs like I do, you deserve a Crumpler bag! You will not be disappointed :-)

All fine, good kit

When my bag was sent it was missing the inner protective walls. No communication from the customer service dep. they sent some walls...they were the wrong colour.
I was recommend your company by a friend. Very disappointing.

Ordering and delivery of order very efficient. Well packed. Quality appears to be very good.

The Backpack was delivered late yesterday.

The bag is great, will suit my needs perfectly. The ability change the layout will suit any future changes to my kit list which is great.

Just a shame the delivery process was protracted

I have not received the item !

I was contacted automatically that my order was confirmed and that I would receive the backpack but I have not seen it yet without further communication.

Deeply disappointed as I could have purchased a cheaper backpack and received it the following day .

Amazing range of products, very well manufactured. My first Crumpler bag is already 15 years old and looks like new! Quick and easy ordering and delivery process. Very pleased customer :-)

Well thought out good quality product delivered quickly. Had several Crumpler bags over the years and all have been excellent.
