Today, five days after the purchase and without hearing back from support they completed my purchase. I would still avoid because there's much more responsive and quick crypto OnRamps but they did eventually complete the purchase by sending the Solana.

They say "it can take a few minutes. It took 10 days, zero cutomer support.

Déjà 3 transactions, toutes avec des retards, tandis que les frais de transferts, eux sont immédiats.
Manque de sérieux ou autre, en tout cas, plus avec eux.

My order ID ba48f73f-b947-415b-af04-bf837f5bd6bc has been stuck on "Processing" for 8 days. I have tried to contact their "support" on four different occasions, without any success.

Edit: It eventually arrived after almost two weeks. I'm keeping the review nevertheless since the communication has been so poor, slow and no disclaimers or explanations were given on the purchase page

I've been waiting for 48 hours . Status still in progress , no response from support

Seven days ago, I paid 36$ to buy USDC but the order is stil blocked in "in progress" status.
I contacted crpto unlimit customer support but never had any answer. They just gave me a case number (00183327) for my Order ID c5862528-7f44-4233-bf68-b1705902e947

I paid 13.30 USD on Jan 26 via Unlimit/IronWallet, but the crypto hasn't arrived. I've sent several emails to support but received no response. Please check transaction with Auth code 110003 and process it or refund. I am tired of waiting.

The other day I was trying to buy USDC for Polymarket, and they helped me until I gave them proof of payment. Then they ignored me and haven't said anything. It's only gotten worse with Unlimit; they haven't responded to the email I sent them a few days ago.

I just want my money back in Polymarket.

Edit: I received my Crypto. But I had a scare since there was no e-mail from Unlimit after I made payment. Thank you! I increased rating to 3 stars. I'll make it 5 stars if I get my crypto faster on next purchase.

I made a 100€ transfer over to the IBAN was mentioned. After they received the money the buy was rejected and the money were never refunded. I sent them an email to their support but they never responded.

ETH nicht erhalten, obwohl bezahlt, keine Reaktion des Supports

Am 19.11. habe ich nachdem es zuvor bereits mehrfach nicht geklappt hatte, ETH über BaseMainnet und Metamask im Wert von 850 EUR gekauft. Die Bezahlung erfolgte über Bank Transfer am selben Tag. Ich bekam die Bankdaten während der Transaktion und habe gleich überwiesen. Danach: Nichts. Ich hatte weder eine sichtbare Transaktion in meinem Metamask Account noch eine Bestätigung von Unlimit bekommen. Ich dachte, ok, warte ein paar Tage, wird schon noch klappen. Aber nein – weiterhin nichts.
Am 26.11. habe ich dann eine Beschwerde geschrieben über deren Kontaktformular und ein Fall wurde eröffnet und eine automatische E-Mail versprach mir eine Reaktion innerhalb der nächsten 24 Stunden. 5 Tage später, am 1.12.25 bekam ich dann eine weitere E-Mail, dass es aufgrund des hohen Aufkommens noch etwas länger dauert. Heute ist der 15.12. und ich verliere die Geduld, weil ich immer noch keine Reaktion habe. Ich hatte am 3.12. noch mal nachgehakt per E-Mail. Keine Reaktion. Für mich schreit das nach Betrug. Ich habe bisher keine Ahnung, was schiefgelaufen ist. Ich weiß nicht, wo mein Geld ist und schon gar nicht, was mit den ETH passiert ist, die ich bezahlt habe. Eins ist sicher, das werde ich nicht auf sich beruhen lassen. Anwalt steht bereits in den Startlöchern und ich kann nur allen abraten, ihre Coins über Unlimit zu bezahlen. Eine Katastrophe ohne jeglichen Customer Support.

Today is the 31.12.25 - I purchased $60AUD worth of USDT on the 12.12.25 and the transaction has been stuck in "processing" since - I have reached out to customer support multiple times to no response other than they need more time due to high volume of support emails - Reached out on twitter where they asked me for my email address on a public forum (who would do that?) thats me asking to get hacked/scammed - I have had little to no response or update - no crypto - nothing. Money has been taken from my bank account but haven't received my crypto yet. You need to fix your website issues, your support team, hire more people on your support team ASAP because clearly you guys can't handle the amount of issues you are receiving. I feel compensation is required for the inconvenience, lack of response/communication and stress this has caused. $60AUD may not seem like a lot to some people but for others it is.

Ich habe jetzt 2 Banküberweisungen gemacht. Jedesmal war am selben Tag die Cryptos auf meiner Wallet.
