USDT_ERC transaction was successful and quick. All good

I purchased crypto through unlimit 8 days ago everything seemed to work properly 00161178 have not received either my money back or the crypto i continue to check it says pending I have sent emails and the only response I ever get is we are working on it. i definitely am NOT happy and i would appreciate this issue being resolved in a timely manner 8 days is not a timely manner . It was for 1000 dollars not happy

I bought $200 USD of USDC (SOL) on 1 Oct 2025, and it’s been 9 days with the order still showing “Processing.”
Payment went through instantly via Apple Pay, but I haven’t received my crypto or a refund. Support case #00159226 has had no real update. Disappointing experience I just want this resolved.

I made purchased through Phantom Wallet, more than 10 days passed and I still have nothing, the support team ghosting and not responding any of my emails.
This is SCAM

I purchased USDC (SOL) in Japanese yen from Phantom Wallet, but five days have passed and I have received neither the cryptocurrency nor a refund, nor any response from support.
I would at least like some response or action.
I am very disappointed.

Update (as of October 26):
The issue has still not been resolved.
Here is an update on the situation:

I received a reply from support on October 11 — seven days after the problem first occurred.
In that message, I was told that I would receive a response within 24 to 72 hours.

On October 15, I followed up to check on the progress.
On October 17, I received a response, but the transaction history they provided showed a different deposit amount and wallet address from mine.

I immediately replied with my correct transaction ID, but since then, I have not received any further response.
I am very dissatisfied with how this issue has been handled.

I bought ETH on metamask and metamask redirect me this site ,I bought ETH and payment deducted instantly but almost 1 hour order was showing processing and after it showing error and nothing in records. It has been long still I didn't get any email and not my ETH and not refund. Avoid metamask to buy crypto it's totally scam

Scam… or a really bad platform

I am so dissapointed by this site. I bought 40$ USDC, just to try some perp and it’s been 5 days and transaction is still in process. I don’t have my money nor my crypto.
Minutes in crypto can be crucial and here we have days withiut any answer from customer service who i wrote multiple times and sent photos of my transaction being in process after 5 days.

Haven’t gotten my money in almost 4 days now. I would not use this service.

Bought $50 worth Solana and it never showed up

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. 4 hours of a transaction with .2 gas when gas is at 2.5…DROP AND REPLACE THE TRANSACTIONS.
Figured it was just ETH, NO. Bought SOL(THE WHOLE POINT OF SOL IS TO BE INCREDIBLY FAST), still haven’t got anything. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

Be careful is a scam, they charge me 300 and I just received 100
