Avoid this site at all costs. I deposited, played and won $1700. First withdrawal went well, but then the withdrawal stayed pending for a week. No answer from support. No info. When I tried calling them, they said that it will take time. After a while I got my account banned without any reason whatsoever.

I gave up on this scammy site, did my research and switched to qbetus.com instead.

Never had any issues with them, support is instant, withdrawals are instant and they have more games and a lower house edge. Beware of cryptoloko and do your research people!

I understand "terms and conditions" but when you email me about opportunities and I go to play them if I'm not eligible due to deposit requirements, or for already claiming a bonus without a deposit in between or whatever, your site typically tells me I'm not eligible when I try to redeem the bonus offer. When your site allows me to redeem the offer (that you solicited to me in an email) and I play, win, and go to cash out and it's denied because of claiming multiple bonuses without a deposit in between and then you just delete the $350.36 that I won and was denied the ability to cash out, this does not make me inclined to ever deposit with your site again. I have had experiences with other sites who rather than delete the winnings and deny the withdrawal, asked for a small deposit ($20-25) to be made first and then the withdrawal was approved. I've played with them many times since due to their fair practices. Kindly take your emails soliciting free spins or free chips and shove them, since they aren't worth the time to read them as they aren't redeemable anyway. I have better things to do with my time and far better sites to frequent with my money. I also find it especially unprofessional of you to not send an email to let me know of the denial... I was online at cryptoloko.com and had points that had accrued. If you know anything about online gaming then you know those points don't come easy nor cheap. In the store you can see different boost and different denominations of chips that you can trade points for. I traded like an idiot 500 points for a "free" $25.00 chip. When you go into the store they make it seem like you can trade and play right away. Wrong!! After you trade a redeem tab is at the bottom of the "free' chip.. it says redeem me and play. You push the redeem tab and a drop down tells your not getting it until a deposit is made.. you cannot get a refund of your points. I tried and here I am writing this. Go look at it yourself and see if in small print even, deposit must be made before you get your "free" chip. That would stop anyone from trading something that wasn't free at all. A few minutes ago I got an email from cryptoloko.com stating how to redeem. Guess what? Your right here I am. I copied and pasted below the infuriating email that they know doesn't work. Good site with fast payouts and good selection of games. Wish they would offer free chip(s) more often an reguardless of when last time u had made a deposit.

They advertise it if you deposit at least $20 you get free spins for one week. You get 18 spins a day I did the 18 spins I won the $50 put in for a withdrawal and then denied by withdrawal and a manager took the winnings. And the only explanation was consult the terms and conditions no specific explanation. If you give someone something on a daily basis and they do them and they win you should pay them. I deal with many other casinos in crypto loko who stand behind their promotions. Cryptoloco does not this is not the first time they've not stood behind what they've said and there are many other more reputable casinos out there. Buyer beware don't spend your money here.

They are different in a good way. I joined crypto Loko a few years ago, they were the first site and only site I used for a long time and I can honestly say they have the best people on their team and I appreciate being treated like a real person and win or lose I enjoy my experience playing here.

I wouldn't recommend depositing your $ on Crypto Loko because they make it almost impossible to withdraw your winnings.I occasionally play their free slot roll tournaments. I've placed in the top 3 spots previously but decided to just play through my winnings rather than withdraw them. This morning I placed 1st and $51 was added to my account. I made sure to read through all of the T&C before I attempted to request a withdrawal. It states clearly "In order to withdraw winnings from these tournaments, players must have made a minimum of one deposit and deposited within the last 3 months." I deposited in September and only have played a few tournaments since then so I figured I'd be all set to withdraw but that wasn't the case. Apparently if you scroll down a few more sections after it states what I included above it then states that you "must deposit in between each free tournament in order to be eligible to withdraw" Those statements should be side by side but instead they make you believe you'll be able to withdraw if you made a deposit within the last 3 months. I feel completely taken advantage of and will not ever be depositing at Crypto Loko again and will also be reaching out to the BBB in regards to the sneaky way they have their T&Cs laid out

Just played bonus through they wouldn't allow me to withdrawal I continued to play and was up over $300 that said I can't get my winnings I made in fair bet because I have not deposited money which is ridiculous I was unaware of this as well if that's the case then don't allow me to play with the bonuses until I've deposited.

I'll tell you for the measly $50 I would've cashed out they have lost much more I will never deposit a dime.

Don't bother to gamble on this site because they will never pay you! On two separate occasions I had gotten a promotional amount of play in free chips. If you've never played with a bonus on an online site they require that you gamble a certain amount of money before you can cash out to ensure that you just don't get their free money and leave. It's called the playthrough amount. I played that free play so much that I actually past the playthrough amount you're supposed to play that prevents you from withdrawing you're winnings. At that time I'm supposed to be able to withdraw the amount from the casino. However the casino refused to cash out my winnings!
