Their products are great but their shipping sucks. They don’t care at all about your order, it’ll be waiting to be sent to usps for days and then sit there for a few more days

Fantastic customer service, I've been ordering for almost 2 years now and anytime there has been an issue (always only defective hardware) they replace it immediately with no questions asked. Their product is by far better than most competitors. Really just great people working at a great company.

I've had to communicate with customer service several times regarding an issue with my order. The customer service, in my opinion, is excellent. Very responsive and took care of my problem. Excellent product also. I recommend Crysp. 👌

I ordered a thca diamonds 510 cartridge product and it literally tasted like vape juice. It had me coughing my lungs out and throwing up... I do not recommend buying those at all. Not a very good experience...

Garbage shipping and customer service
I order on a Monday and verify age still haven't ship will never order from them again,,!

took long to ship from the business compared to others but the product was worth the wait.

They did not send what I ordered. They kept asking for ID verification, and I kept giving it. Now they say they can’t refund me yet because their system is down. They stole over $100 from me.
