Had an OHM car charger installed and Crystal was provided to us as an installer by OHM.
The Electrician arrived on Tim, had a friendly approach and set about his job and fitted the charger and everything required to make it work .
I was well pleased with the work undertaken and the professionalism of the electrician.
I would be happy to use this company for future electrical work - Well Done and Thank you

I had to upgrade a component on my car charger through the main brand (original supplier had gone out of business).
After many other companies let me, the end customer down to sort this, Crystal was selected.
They kept me updated at every stage, gave me an appointment not in the next millennium (2-3 working days). The engineer came out at the exact day/time they said. He fixed up the unit within about 15-20 minutes and I was up and on my way again within 1/2 hr.
The least possible hassle and inconvenience I could have expected, upgraded the unit firmware while he was here also.

Engineer arrived. Found there was a problem with the new charger. Managed to locate where the problem was and fixed the issue. Problem solved. Engineer polite, and respectful. I was kept up to date with date and time of arrival.

The booking process had a couple of glitches, hence the 4 but, everything else went fine. The installer (Steve) turned up when booked, explained a little about my current electrical installation. Installed the charger exactly where I asked. Neat and tidy job and cleared away after himself. He talked me through downloading the App, setting it up etc. Even demonstrated plugging in the car and showing me how to do the first charge, Pleasant and knowledgeable, couldnt fault the service from that aspect.

Great communication leading up to installation of a 3 phase 22kw ev charger. On installation day Connor turns up on time and did a fantastic job. Kept us informed throughout and did a complex job brilliantly and cleanly. Would definitely recommend.

Steve, installed my Ohme EV charger. Very efficiently and neatly. Talked me through the set up. Very pleasant and professional. Would recommend definitely.

Great after sales service. After installation my EV home charger did not work. The tech advisor dealt with the problem over the phone, taking me through a set up re-set and it’s all up and running perfectly.

Superb service from start to finish. The engineer who fitted our EV charger was exceptional.

Rich took the time and trouble to walk me through the migration from a mini pro 2 to the new pro 3. It's not a straightforward setup to be fair, but he handled the process flawlessly. He's your guy here!

Absolutely first class service, there just aren't enough companies like this any more. Communication was excellent and the engineer who visited really went above and beyond. Very happy customer!

The booking was via the EV Charger supplier, however Connor and the admin team were quick, on-time and very professional - would highly recommend and use again in the future,

Despite competing with some tough weather, the installation and commissioning was done very well. Everything was tidied up and left as was.

Really great service from an initial survey all the way through to installation. Happy friendly engineers who were helpful when working with us around turning the electric off, All work was carried out with minimal disruption and everything left tidy.

I rang Crystal they put wheels in motion to get a new 1 delivered to my house the fitter rang to see if it had arrived & he came the next day
& did a perfect job the man was outstanding in his work to check & re check he set everything up including my mobile to the app,he could not have done more, very very

Communication prior to installation was on point and the installer, kept me informed throughout and advised everything as required, the installer also provided an overview of the system following the install and made sure everything was working prior to leaving.

It’s been awhile that I’ve experienced top notch service when it comes to some services. Crystal Electronics delivered the very best, great customer service, speedy and fast response to enquiries and prompt service delivery. First engineer didn’t turn up which was a let down. Phoned up and the lady on the desk couldn’t do enough for me and arranged an engineer to replace the fuse box the following working day and was made a priority. Would highly recommend as they went far and above to resolve the problem.
