The soap is wonderful, I have not used soap for years because it causes me acne but I took a risk with this and it's worth it, since I've been using this soap I've not had a single spots on my face and it cleanses the skin so well without drying it up. I absolutely love this soap and I hope you stick to same ingredients without adding unnecessary things to it which might irritate skin

I placed an order Nov 2022 ans I didn’t receive it until I sent over 8 emails, I mean who does that ? And it was delivered, it was not completed and difft items . It was just horrible experience.

Please don't buy from this company they don't reply to your emails and there is no phone number their products are not working its a scan and absolutely waste of money

The item weighed less than it claimed to be. I bought two bars of turmeric soap and they were supposed to be 110g each, but I personally weigh both on two different scales on a flat, even surface, and I got 107g each, I was cheated out of 6g. In the box they weighed 114g each, but 110g is also on the soap bar, not just the box, therefore one should not assume that the weight given shouldn't include the packaging, but just for each bar of soap only. The soap bar alone should be 110g. So huge disappointment there. To add to the insult I got a free gift of a small 16g bag of Haribo Starmix (jelly babies) I'd prefer the full weight in soaps and not rubber band sweets. Also who gives jelly babies with soap? 🤔 I'd expect a free gift with soap would be like a small hand-wash or face scrub maybe, not jelly babies. So I tried one and it was rubbery, hard to chew and sugary. They all went in the bin eventually, so that free gift was a waste. I'm guessing it was left over from a kids party. I normally purchase my turmeric soaps from USA but they take long time to arrive and I normally get a chunk of a bar of soap. I thought I'd give a UK company a go and also it would arrive quickly. That didn't make much difference because it was during the Postal strike so it arrived after Christmas anyway. I think I'll make future purchases from America, because the cost is similar. Not much difference, just another £10-£20 extra due to the cost of posting and vat but you get a chunk of soap which lasts a long time and it's worth the little extra.

This company have no customer heart but just want to have their monies.I purchased from the company from 2st of Dec,till now no communication,No shipping,it’s been 13days,I sent several messages but no reply,that’s very bad.These are orders over £100.

Order made since 3rd November, not yet dispatched..they do not reply emails .if you want to order from them use a safe means of payment like PayPal so that you can get your money back.

I DID NOT RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE 2 KOJIC ACID BRIGHTENING FACE AND BODY OIL (150ml), AND ONLY GOT 1.
I WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A 3 PACK OF KOJIC ACID+GLUTATHIONE BRIGHTENING BAR AND ONLY GOT 1.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS? I CANT BELIEVE YOU CAN SCAM A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS, WHEN I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER NOW FOR OVER A YEAR!! SO DISAPPOINTING THAT YOU HAVE IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS AND NO EXPLANATION FOR A REFUND. THIS IS UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE.

This Company steals your money. I have noticed that I am not the only customer who experienced the loss of items and was never re-imbursed!!😡 Their communication is very very poor and they wont respond to your email with any explanation. They have no phone number either.
The most disappointing thing is I have been their customer for a while. Such a shame that their products are actually good, but their Customer Service SUCKS!!!

Most appalling customer service ever !!!
My order was received on the 10th of October and upon delivery I realised that three items were missing! I immediately contacted CG , but they never responded until today after sending another email .No apologies was rendered instead I encountered a massive problem before the correct amount of my refund was issued.
This company’s customer service is so appalling to the extent that I am genuinely afraid to use the products that I purchased. How I wished that I read all the negative reviews before placing my order . I would never have placed my order if I had read the overwhelming negative reviews.
I wouldn’t recommend CG to anyone . There is something dodgy about the modus operandi of this company. Holly B of CG knows nothing about custom care . Her responses to my emails speak volumes!!!

The product information on the website was very helpful and the the promptness of delivery was spot on.
I have given three stars on two grounds.
Firstly for the consistency of the lotion. I found it too loose; a lotion should have thicker consistency but this was way too watery. I also didn’t find it very hydrating and had to add natural oil to prevent my skin looking ashy. No idea if this will affect the efficacy of the product, hopefully not.
The second reason for the three star rating is simply because it’s too early to review its brightening properties (which is why I purchased it) as I have only been using it for a couple of weeks.

Didnt have to wait long for my goods. Well packed & nice cream. Thank you.

Customer services is very poor
I purchased the suppository which costed about £130
I’ve got bad allergies after trying one
I requested for it to be returned and was told they can’t accept as they can’t sell it
Well I can’t use it due to having an allergic reaction so the company wants me to lose £130 than them supporting me. I’m a nurse and work hard but it’s sad for this company poor customer support I will report this company to ombudsman definitely

Very effective products

Avoid this company, I was sent the wrong item I sent them an email to let’s them know they never replay, I sent more than 5 emails they never responded. And one more thing if you buy something from them and check out as a guest you will never receive your item. Before I was sent the wrong item I purchased from them and I never received my order. Never again with this company

I had to write an email to ask about my order. I got no email confirming my order. I think at the very least you should send an email confirming the order. After I emailed the company, I got my products a few days later.
