If I could rate this less than 1 star, I would. I’ve had and am having an absolute nightmare with this company and will never order from here again. I ordered a ring in the Black Friday sale (30th Nov) and hadn’t got any updates regarding the shipping or when to expect the delivery. Chased this up and was told it was lost in the post and a replacement would be sent instead. I then received a delivery on 13th Dec which did not contain what I ordered. I still haven’t received the alleged replacement order either.

I sent an email back to customer service to say I would like to know how to return the items I didn’t order and am still chasing for someone to get back to me. At this stage I just want my money back so I can stop wasting my time chasing customer service because no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer or understand what has happened.

I recently purchased from Crystal & Co. and couldn't be happier. The jewellery is absolutely gorgeous, so elegant, unique, and clearly made with care.

The shopping experience was smooth and they were quick and super helpful to answer a question I had! I'm already planning my next purchase. Highly recommend Crystals & Co. to anyone looking for beautiful quality pieces :)

I had exceptional customer service with Crystals and Co and then their products are so beautiful. I ordered the Black Diamond and Emerald Double Drop ear rings and they are so much more impressive in reality than on the site. I had a disaster with delivery (not their fault) and item never got delivered with An Post. Alix Crystals and co went above and beyond to try to find out what happened. After a couple of weeks of not making progress they agreed to send me another set. They did not have to do this and I really appreciate it. These ear rings are gifts but think I will be keeping one of them. They are statement pieces and definitely not for everydayuse.

I have ordered presents for friends and family on numerous occasions because they always arrive quickly and in beautiful gift wrapping. The owners sometimes include little personal notes too which is a lovely touch. They're a great Irish company to order "wow factor" gifts from and always a go-to for me around Christmas because they specialise in statement pieces and tasteful bling. Love them!

Lost one of my earrings in the floorboard at home and couldn't get it out. My mam had purchased them for me and so she emailed the company and they sent me out a replacement pair. Excellent customer service, will definitely use them again !

I had an issue with a purchase and contacted Crystals & Co who responded immediately with an amazing positive response. They sorted the issue immediately and kept me informed of the process along the way. A hugely positive experience, thank you 🤩

Met the girls in Lisa’s pop up shop, I have made quite a few purchases from them and love there stuff, had an issue with the back of one of the earrings and I explained it too them they couldn’t have been more helpful gave me new backs and told me to let them know if they were ok and would change the earrings if needed. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Postman handed us a card (England) stating that I need to pay £52 import duty. Have contacted Crystal & Co to ask why it’s so high as the calculator states £40. I have asked for an explanation. Nothing. The post man said he’d never seen an amount that high. Really bad customer service. Also, they can do something to knock VAT off at their end which I don’t think they have done. I would avoid buying from them unless you’re aware of how much import tax you’ll be paying

Amazing service fast , quick to email back . Highly recommended. Also I got a lovely surprise when my beautiful raw cut rose quartz arrived today I also received another crystal inside a little red bag to say thank you .And some sweeties . I was thrilled to order two pairs of Crystal and co earrings. I contacted them when the earrings didnt come after a few days, to be told that it was now an An Post problem , but in order to help , the girl I communicated with through their social media , told me she will try her best to locate the earrings , but every time insisted the problem wasn't them but An Post . I told this girl My Contract was with Crystals and co and not an post, however I continued to wait. Some of my messages were just ignored. in the end the earrings came in 11 days all the way from Dublin to Cork...I will never buy anything from crystals and co again. The way it was handled was less than satisfactory. I dont ever write a bad review but on this occasion it was warranted

I had a shipping cost query which was answered within minutes of me asking a question. Super helpful and fab customer service. So excited to get my gorgeous earrings now!

I bought a couple of things for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved them.

The staff were so amazing to deal with and I’ll definitely be returning for future birthdays anniversaries and Christmas presents

I had an amazing experience with crystals and Co I had purchased some gifts for my daughter and needed them to arrive next day and they made sure to make it there priority to get them out to me they were so lovely and helpful couldn’t recommend the girls more ! Will be repurchasing again as the customer service is not only great but the quality of products is amazing!
