This is now my third year taking out annual travel insurance with this Society and I have been most satisfied with them. Of course premiums have gone up each time but I’m not naive enough to think that every other insurance company will not have done the same. What I can say is that they have clearly communicated their reasons for having to do so and I feel they have tried to keep the premiums reasonable based on the risks. Their cover remains good and I certainly would encourage anyone eligible to consider them.

No hesitation in renewing for another year. The renewal process is straight forward and everything is very clear.

When we have had the need to claim the process has been fair and efficient.

This insurance is very competitive in price and difficult to better with the amount of cover you get. I had occasion to make a claim last year. It was handled in a prompt manner once all the necessary paperwork was completed. Their staff communicate well with any queries you may have.

Excellent price, service and extremely helpful staff.

Easy to complete forms which are clear and concise, relevant medical restrictions are explained. Good levels of cover at reasonable rates. I can't comment on how they deal with claims as, thankfully, I haven't had to make one.

An amazing company. Instead of feeling as though I was in the witness box, the staff were polite, engaging, helpful and reassuring in their handling of my policy purchase. The price of the policy was more than comparable to others and at no time did I feel the agent was trying to up the cost.

Straightforward and easy to communicate with. All relevant questions dealt with clearly.

The CSIS system for purchasing home insurance was customer friendly and very easy to use. The insurance quote was considerably cheaper than others for a better product. Very pleased with it.
