All employees of privatised companies are also welcome to try us, such as BT, Royal Mail, Network Rail, and many more. Being a Not for Profit organisation, all available profits are donated back into Civil and Public Service charitable organisations, helping you and those around you.

Very helpful on the telephone
Very helpful on the telephone. I was able to buy travel insurance after being turned down by countless companies. My husband is 2 years clear of cancer, so scans every 4 months. We also have the usual medical problems, eg. High BP, Cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. I found the cost was very reasonable, you can get insurance upto age 79.

Very easy to join
Very easy to join. Love the fact we don’t have to answer a large number of often stupid or repetitive questions. Perfect for those of us of a. Retain age who, though still generally fit and active, do take the odd prescription medication.

Good service and fair price
The website was easy to use and I obtained a promising quote for home and building insurance. When I phoned the wait was quite long but worth it, the staff member Hannah was helpful and purchase was completed over the phone. This made me feel more confident, we had been with our previous insurer for over 20years and were no longer able to afford the premium.
The premium seems to be a good price and we are pleased to use this company.
