The shrimp came well packaged and alive, beautiful colours. I was really impressed with the service, will deifinetly buy from them again.

Ordered 6 assorted shrimps from their online catalogue. They arrived the following day together with a number of less mature shrimps which were free of charge. All were as described and healthy and to date are thriving in my aquarium. Ordering process was straight foreward with no ambiguity or hidden charges. First class service

Ordered assassin snails, arrived very quickly, far more in the pack than ordered. They weren’t moving but paperwork accompanying them said that’s normal, just put in tank and give a little time. All of them changed from dormant to active over the next several hours and are doing their thing. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommend suppliers and I’ll be visiting the online store again soon.

Took a little longer than expected but given a couple of freebies to make up for it, fish arrived securely and all alive

I recently placed an order with CU Aquatics and had a fantastic experience with their customer support team. Although three of the six snails in my initial order did not survive transit, CU Aquatics handled the situation exceptionally well.

After I reached out with details, their support team promptly arranged for three replacement snails to be shipped out and even provided a discount code for a future order. The replacement snails arrived healthy and were active in the tank within minutes.

Their fast communication, helpful service, and dedication to resolving issues quickly make them a business I will gladly order from again. Highly recommended

Excellent service! Ordered 10 bloody Mary shrimp and two horned nerites. These arrived next day brilliantly packaged, all alive and healthy for £6.95. Other sites I considered were £20 for delivery. Received an extra two snails which was very welcome. The shrimp were packaged in a plastic bottle which is unusual but actually perfect! Would definitely recommend, I spent an age mulling over different options but I'm very glad I went with this company in the end.

First time I have ordered anything alive online. I was a little worried as my first purchase was going to be some Bloody Mary shrimp and a snail and had no idea how they would be packed. I needn't have worried the shrimp arrived in great condition, active and full of colour and the snail was active once in the tank. Delivery was smooth and timely. I will now order some fish with confidence.

I spent £103 on 22 chili rasbora. Received strawberry rasbora instead, different species. I immediately spotted this, sent photos, including a detailed description of the obvious difference between the species of fish, even as juveniles on close inspection there is noticeable differences. They admitted twice it was stawberry or phoenix rasbora. As they were still pale from postage, I said I will let them settle for 2 weeks, benefit of the doubt, declined the 10% discount voucher offered. As expected, after 2 weeks these fish has not 'transformed' into chili rasbora... I asked a £20 refund, as if I bought the same fish locally it would be around £80, they actually asked me to go to the shop and provide them with evidence/photos, trying to making me jump through hoops, for their mistake. They once again tried to fob me off with a £10 voucher. They even had the odacity to tell me after multiple email exchanges: "We stock variations of these and cannot guarantee an exact variation" which is absolute nonsense, it does not say that on rasbora page or clear anywhere obvious, or I would not have bought them. If it was a shrimp I would accept accidental 'variation', not a species of fish. I only ever kept chili rasbora and now my whole setup is a mixed species I did not want. I would not order from here again, they admittedly sold me the wrong fish and making out a different species as a 'variation' is not acceptable, I only asked for £20 back out of £103. I don't want to spend more money with them so discount vouchers is useless.
