Please don't call them. Waste of time. I had booked appointment with them, came and did nothing, gave a big quote of £650. My wife asked him what kind of part needed to change, he said it seems, he will charge £150 only to tell the name of parts. Later we called another engineer, he fixed it within 1 hour... Simply took our £50 for call out nothing.

Mantell installed a new boiler.
He is competent and a hard worker.
However I didn't realise he was going to be at my house until late evening.
He returned the following week to install a new controller. My old one was incompatible.

Really happy with the service from Martell & Cubeser. Good prompt service. Martell explained clearly the issues and solutions.

engineer Martell was very knowledgeable about the different boilers on the market, gave us good advice on which one he thought would be best for us.he was very efficient when putting the boiler in left everything clean and tidy. always answered questions we had fully.he finished the installation within the time he stipulated.would happily recommend him.

Terrible company, quick to take your money and impossible to get hold of once they have it. Do not touch them with a barge pole, I have read the positive reviews and do not believe any of them.

Absolutely useless. No customer manners. Very rude and uses fake office responses (Amy).
BE WARNED, The cubeser chemical is plain water. Nothing was added.
Created a massive problem in central heating radiators. Claimed to remove dirt using a Henry hoover!!!

Excelente work, CUBESER product is very good, the heating and hot water works great.

Had a Nest heating control installed...Worst ever and they absolutely refuse to return until I pay them £150 to repair their shoddy awful work!

Very easy to book an engineer at short notice. Martell was professional and diligent throughout the visit. He resolved the issue swiftly and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

I had a water leakage issue. I am happy with the prompt and efficient service provided by Cubeser.

I called cubeser for a boiler and they came out straight away and done a really good job, plus they checked our radiators for free. And was nice to our cat

Ok service boiler working well

Hired them to come out and repair the boiler. Cost £360 for one hour total. The boiler worked for less than a day before the same problem reappeared. British Gas engineer came to visit the day after and after seeing the Cubeser work report was not impressed, to say the least.

Only reason I haven't given one star is that they offered me a £180 refund.

Edit after reading Cubeser's reply to say that the British Gas engineer said there were multiple problems AFTER the Cubeser visit and he said he had no idea what the previous engineer even did. Ridiculous given that I've now found out that Cubeser services are double what normally is charged for emergency repairs.

Martell was quick and efficient in doing our boiler maintenance check and sorted out the pressure of our boiler. Thanks Martell!

Boiler was leaking, and now boiler has stopped leaking. Happy with service and will contact in future or jrecommended
