This was my first Cuddle & Kind purchase but definitely not my last. Love the product as much as I hoped. Thank you, C&K, for sharing meals to those in need!

I purchased a Flora Duck Mauve small.
It arrived dirty, and not wrapped in tissue as per website, I did receive a full refund and as the duck was damaged I did not return it.
In good faith I re ordered another doll, this time a large Violet Fawn as it was 25% discount in Black Friday sale. This time the doll arrived again not wrapped in tissue, the contact staff not as friendly this time. The doll itself appeared unharmed, after much a todo I received a 25 % discount. At first, I was only offered a refund on returning the doll. Was also told I had already received 25% off, but this was for all customers not just me. I have also been advised that whilst I can order , the delivery will not be guaranteed. So, as much as I like the dolls and concept. It’s a no from me.

I didn't receive my package. no money back. nor help from you to solve my problem.

I buy one of these every year for my great-niece. She is gathering quite the collection. She loves them and so do I. The quality is great and they are all so cute. I love that there is a purpose behind them too.

The receiving was quick and my daughter loves the mini so much in the cute container with door. It’s such a beautiful handmade stuffed animal she’ll love for years!

Great process online. No problems. And we took a short time to get to my house. And they have a beautiful product that I’ve already purchased before.

Everything arrived when said and in excellent condition! I bought 3 pack of baby animals- giraffe, elephant and lion to go along with my granddaughter’s room at my house ❤️. Can’t wait until she sees them at Christmas 🎄🎄

I received an incorrect order. Customer service explained the procedure to correct the problem clearly and politely. The reorder and return process was seamless.

A beautiful, quality gift that is sure to become a keepsake. Also, feels good to know the charitable part of donating meals with every purchase. This is a perfect gift! Will be buying again!

I loved the idea of having one of these for my great nephew and then I saw the mermaid 🧜‍♀️ so I purchased both and it was really easy! Upon seeing them in person it was so amazing 🤩 I really love my mermaid and I can’t wait for my nephew to open up his sons gift for Christmas 🎅

I ordered 2 of the littles for my 2 granddaughters. I will give them to them Christmas Eve and can’t wait to see their reactions! The littles are so adorable!

I purchased the kitty stuffy for my baby grand daughter and her brother loved it so much, he claimed it for himself! So, now for Christmas, I have purchased another one for her again and one for my new grandchild due in March. These are adorable little stuffed animals!
