Great changing mat

Great changing mat. Much thicker than others on the market. Very lovely to look at and fits perfectly in my nursery.

I rarely leave negative reviews BUT

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with CuddleCo has been so poor that I feel others should be aware.

I purchased a piece of furniture from CuddleCo, but on the day of delivery, 10 April 2026, I decided to return it after choosing an alternative item. I tried calling multiple times to arrange the return, but no one answered. I had no choice but to email instead.

Eventually, a DHL collection was arranged, and I received a text confirming collection for Friday 24 April between 4:02pm and 5:02pm. I made sure I was home well in advance, but no one arrived.

Communication has been incredibly poor throughout. Emails have either been ignored or responded to after significant delays. Over two weeks after I first contacted CuddleCo to arrange the return, the item still has not been collected.

I then spent even more time trying to contact DHL. Calls were repeatedly disconnected, and their WhatsApp service was completely unhelpful, offering only automated messages that incorrectly stated the parcel was "out for delivery." Speaking to an actual person appeared impossible.

The item is still sitting in my home, uncollected. DHL did not arrive on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I contacted CuddleCo again for assistance and, once again, received no response.

This has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The lack of communication, poor organisation, and complete absence of urgency or accountability have been incredibly frustrating. I would strongly urge potential customers to think carefully before purchasing, particularly if there is any chance you may need customer support after placing an order.

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would!

Stay away don’t order from here

Stay away from this awful place. I ordered a doona witch never arrived I’ve been in contact with them multiple times and they keep ignoring me refuse to give a refund, £269 down the drain I’m heavily pregnant and all they have done is cause stress, they was happy to investigate the situation and ones they seen there wasn’t any evidence I received it they went ahead and ignored me. And now won’t answer me. 100% don’t recommend absolutely awful customer service and awful shop in overall

Ordered 6 pieces of furniture - 2 arrived damaged, 1 arrived wrong colour - CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT

Ordered six pieces of furniture - we've had issues with half of them so far.

Two furniture products arrived with damaged parts and one came in the wrong colour.

No one from CuddleCo is responding to us. Who knows how many other issues we'll find - we're running out of space to open all the boxes!

Their 1 day SLA, 24/7 availability, Mon-Fri 9-4:30pm live chat is all rubbish - they are never online, never reply and I've followed up many times.

Shocking how many issues we're having - baby is due to arrive any day now and we're worried we'll be be stuck with this damaged and mismatching furniture forever and be out of pocket!

Happy to update review if CuddleCo would respond and resolve our order issues asap!

Need help to find part of my order

I placed my order on March 24, 2026, I still don't have it. It came in a damaged box the first time around. It had to be sent back. The second time it was shipped in parts and its still not fully here. At this point I'm not sure when will I have a cot ready for my baby. And also not sure how did I receive a review link before I even got my order. So if the customer support team is reading it please could you help.

AVOID

AVOID. Customer service atrocious. I almost applaud the inventiveness in how they avoid you requesting a return, but it’s bordering on the illegal.

The response to this claims the collection was ‘missed’ when it fact no collection attempt was ever made - as the company has indeed acknowledged in their email. This company is plain dishonest. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I recently purchased the Etta nursing…

I recently purchased the Etta nursing chair and matching stool after seeing so many great reviews online, and it has made such a difference to my feeding routine.

It arrived next-day and my husband had it assembled in under 30 minutes. The chair is incredibly comfortable and supportive, especially for my back and arms, which has made nursing so much easier.

Since using it, I’ve been able to gently rock my newborn to sleep several times without needing to feed him, which has been amazing. I would highly recommend to any new parent.

Don't order from here

Don't order from here - scam company. I placed an urgent over night order for a mattress and it's been 6 days and the time HAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED. My poor baby has no mattress!!! Emailed customer service four times and no response!!!! I need my money back to buy another mattress!!!!!!!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend

Wouldn’t recommend - took over 6 weeks to arrange a collection for an item I didn’t want, and then 2 months to get a refund both of which took endless chasing.

CuddleCo went above and beyond! Amazing customer service

Hi there!

I don't usually write reviews but I really wanted to for CuddleCo. They went above and beyond in their customer service, which is really rare to find these days, and I really want other Mums to know!

I bought two mattresses with them for my twins, and it turned out there were some bumps in them.

Cuddle Co were really fantastic - they accepted returns even though it was way past the date (I had an emergency C section and was late on everything), and then when I had another issue, they also replaced the mattress - again.

I felt in really good hands all the way through, and they were really kind, like ensuring that I had the new mattresses, and only booking the return after when it worked for me, etc.

Terrible service

Terrible service , messing around with delivery , then on day that furniture was due to be delivered they emailed to say it was going to be refunded , after having my money for over a week. Tried to contact company numerous times and had no response so after being messed around ended up with no furniture on date of delivery and no refund so I can order alternative furniture .

Avoid CuddleCo

Avoid CuddleCo! I received a damaged baby cot full of scratches, and their 'customer service' is nonexistent. I’m stuck in an automated loop where they tell me to email the very address I am already contacting. Terrible experience and a total lack of accountability!

I have recently purchased the Clara nursery set (cot and drawers), a mattress and changing mat from this company and I am so impressed. The furniture is such brilliant quality and my husband found it a dream to put together. When I placed an order I forgot to add the changing mat, I spoke to customer services who couldn’t add to my existing order but instead provided me with a free delivery code so I could order the mat separately ☺️ I would not hesitate to use this company again!
