Excellent Customer Service provided
I was provided with excellent service from your representative Annabel. From the very first time I raised the issue of an error being made at the purchase stage, Annabel took full control and investigated the matter, and resolved and corrected the error and re-booked the product for me. All this, while constantly keeping me informed. This is exemplary stuff. I run a business and always love to see this sort of excellent service being provided by my staff. This is what will ensure customers want to continue purchasing with Cudo. I know I certainly will. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Annabel. She deserves a medal.

Easy to deal and order
I ordered some wine but was notified that they were out of stock, I organised different wine to be sent and I chatted with Carlo who knew exactly what I was talking about and made it simple for me to go forward and order the wine with little effort involved.

Great resolution and customer service
I had an issue being unable to redeem a voucher. I did a live chat with Marvell and he was so helpful. Within two hours I had heard from the vendor and it was completely resolved shorty after. The next day I had an email from Marvell to follow up and ensure I was happy with everything. Absolutely fantastic service!

Dee Vine wine order
I ordered 2 lots of wine from Dee Vine Wines through Cudo. When I tried to email my vouchers codes t the wine company I did not receive a response. Carlo was very helpful with my query and it appears they have received the orders now.

I accidentally purchased the wrong deal…
I accidentally purchased the wrong deal & Marvell N was very helpful in sorting out the issue.
I have dealt with Marvell in the past & found them to be very helpful even then. This customer service experience is why i have no issues with purchasing deals from Cudo!

I had a bad experience with a vendor that I bought a voucher for its services in Cudo.
When calling to schedule the service the vendor didn't agree to the voucher conditions.
I filled an online form to complain but didn't receive a response for a long time.
I thought it's a lost cause, and then, to my surprise, Lorain from Customer Happiness Advocate emailed, apologized for my bad experience and after 2 emails of information that I provided, I got refunded for the entire sum.
Well done Cudo, Loraine, and the support team.
I'll definitely now be using Cudo services without hestitation.
