I had booked a 2 night stay in sydney…
I had booked a 2 night stay in sydney for September but had to cancel due to covid-19.. Iwas given a credit for 499AUD but as uk residents i am unable to visit as Australian borders may not open for sometime. My issue is that i have asked whether the credit can be transfered to friends who live in NSW or if i can have a refund. Dispite many emails i cannot get an answer. So i cannot recommend this company to anyone. Robert Pugh uk

Cudo likes to use false advertising to make a sale.
My Wife purchased hotel room with a harbour view for two nights. After she had paid the money, we find out the there is no harbour view. Instead the view will be George st. ( An empty one at that. I complained. A staff member said they would see if they could change to room to a harbour view. I phoned back today and they said there were none left. Lies...I phoned the hotel and upgraded to a Harbour view, by paying the extra $80 The bad taste in my mouth from this , mean we shall not use Cudo again. The fact they don't allow this to be posted on there facebook page for the pubic to see, means that they know your sales tactics are Dodgy to say the least. A Clear case of False adverting just to hook people in then, show them the small print after they have paid. will never use them again.

Sorry Carlo. But the horse has bolted, I have paid the extra, because of your false advertising. We have learnt from our mistake. I suggest Cudo also learns from this. bye bye.
