Great service
Clear, informative website. Excellent service. Ordered a Pro147 cue and hard case set on Friday morning with standard delivery and it arrived late morning on Monday! I’m a beginner and this is the first cue I’ve owned after using club cues for a few months. All fine so far. Feels nice and balanced, looks good too. Thank you Cue and Case, would definitely recommend.

Great experience
Only bought a few items so far; cue balm, cue silk and some accessories, but service has been great. Prompt deliveries and nice to deal with a UK company that has competitive prices. Little boy enjoys the little sweetener in the parcels 😊

Great experience ordering my Cue, only slight gripe is my order was eligible for a free gift but I had not realised I needed to add it to my order myself so I did not receive it. So bare this in mind if you order. Updated to 5 stars as cue&case reached out to send me my free gift. Excellent customer service thankyou so much.
