The colour of the coat I bought looked very different in real life to the picture on the website. When I wrote to see if I could exchange it, the response was very swift and courteous. I really appreciate it

The Princedale is stylish yet functional. Drawcords around the hood is going to keep the hood in place when you need it to be. There are two pockets on the inside and one of them has zipper and that is an excellent feature. It’s so wonderful that the pockets are lined with cozy fleece material. And did I mention the sleeves have ample room so there will be no struggle when you wear a sweater underneath? The sleeves are too long on me but I’m petite. I’m so very happy with this jacket and will be rooting for Culthread to return from break!!

My coat arrived super fast and was packaged really great in eco friendly packaging. I love my coat and it fits really well. It's not cold enough to wear it yet, but It feels really warm and looks great! Can't wait to wear it this winter!

I got the Portobello II recycled brown long puffer jacket recently. I love it! The reason that I gave it four stars is because it didn't come with a laundry bag.

Excellent warm coat for New England winter! I chose a gorgeous midnight blue, almost black but not. Light weight, well made, great pockets- inside with zippers, and outside are deep and well placed, with a soft warm lining so no need for gloves). The best hood I've ever had on a coat- it stays on, is slightly wide on the sides so it doesn't affect my peripheral vision and is detachable. Comfortable high collar, keeps my neck warm without being annoying under my chin. The zipper is a little challenging to thread and pull up, it's not a dealbreaker. It arrived fairly quickly considering how far it traveled. I am so very happy with this purchase!

I love my jacket! Also, the shipping was insanely fast! I live in the States and it still got here in less than a week. Fantastic!

This is my second puffer coat purchase. The first coat is the long version in black. I liked it so much that I
ordered the orange puffer jacket. It is hard to find items that fit so well. I am very sad that Culthread may be going out of business as I think their products are we'll designed and very well made. My experience purchasing from them was all good. The exchange process worked well when I wanted to exchange for a larger size. No problems at all.

I’ve had the COLVILLE in planet Earth green for almost two years and it still looks brand new. I wear it almost daily in Autumn/Winter - for dog walks, work and general outings. It’s honestly the best coat I’ve had.

(For context, I had a RAB before because it was a gift. The coat was fine - but not as warm or robust as my Culthread. I have now learnt about how cruel even supposedly “ethical” down is, and will never revert to that or any fast fashion brands for that matter).

I've bought two coats over the last couple of months. First I got the Leamington jacket which is so stylish. With the sale in December, I couldn't resist buying the Chepstow in olive green which I adore. It has three internal pockets meaning I don't need to carry a bag.
The coats are lightweight but keep me nice and warm.
