Cupcakes London is a family owned business dedicated to baking the best, freshest and most delicious cake s and cupcakes in London. Our chefs are highly skilled and passionate about baking. Each recipe is carefully crafted by our resident chefs headed by an ingenious passionate baker, cake decorator and sugar craft expert Tim Daibo.

Tim had a career as a Flight Test Engineer primarily testing Jet Fighter and Heavy aircraft for the UK MoD prior to turning his attention to his long lived passion for baking and has since never looked back. Cupcakes London started by baking celebration cake for friends and family in 2009. Tim was then encouraged to take the next leap of setting up Cupcakes London. The business was set up and launched in 2012 delivering cupcakes in London and across the UK ever since.

Here at cupcakes london we pride ourselves on delivering top quality luxury cupcakes, cakes and desserts to you on the same day with lead time as little as 30 minutes. We have been serving extremely satisfied wide range of customers within London with our freshly made delicious luxury handmade cupcakes over the  years where out client includes Virgin media, Tiger Tiger, British Gas, Trlogy Technology also including celebrity such Leona Lewis , Michaela Cole and O-T Fagbenle amongst others

Our bakers headed by Tim himself are innovative and extremely talented working tirelessly over the years to develop the perfect recipes. NOT WORTH GIVING A REVIEW!

I was looking forward to the first experience I had with this cupcake business, but sadly I was disappointed. The cupcakes were rushed and delivered at time that suited the cupcake business as no consideration was taken on board to the actual time I asked them to be delivered as I received a call to say that can they deliver earlier than arranged. The CUPCAKES DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE CUPCAKES ONLINE - Felt stressed out with this order - Plus the birthday message was missed off as it was my nieces 18th birthday cupcakes - The person I spoke to on the phone to complaint about the cupcakes didn't no what to say or how to recife the problem as he just went silent and just added every now and again "I'm sorry " - then eventually he went silent so I said "what are you going to do" - he then issued an useless apology and so i just said I will never order from you again and said good- bye! I'm just so disappointed with the whole process. Next time I will make my own cupcakes!

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. You take orders but are not able to complete them and then when I keep asking for udate, I’m informed it will be delivered next day and even the next you are not able to deliver. Finally after many calls, I am told that my money will be refunded. What! That’s not what i wanted! Horrible

Couldn’t write a better review

Couldn’t write a better review - ordered at 3.45pm to my sister in a different city as a surprise treat. I put 5pm-5.45pm delivery but didn’t really mind if it was a bit later. Cupcakes were delivered at 5.20pm with a note I requested in the delivery notes. Thank you!!

I am so sorry about this. We had some issues getting your hamper delivered same day as we require preorder to enable get in Fb all the necessary elements together.
You full refund has been issued as soon as you requested this morning. Please double check you have the confirmation in an email if you don’t have the refund message etc.

Thanks for your review your order. We delivered your order yesterday around 7pm. As it was to an hotel, the receptionist took it in for you and promised to take it up as they won’t allow us Oti take it up.
I have spoken to the reception just now and they are looking into it. Can you please contact them directly as the already tried contacting you room but no answer.
I am so sorry you did not get your cupcakes yesterday. We pride ourself in providing the best service and this is our commitment

DON’T ORDER from Cupcakes London!!!

I appreciate the ability of the company to provide next day delivery. However, there was no communication for when the delivery would be made. I set up a delivery time of 11:30- I had to call the company and inquire as to when the delivery would be made- and that was after 12pm the day of delivery.
When the phone was answered, it was not with a company greeting, which initially made me wonder if I was being scammed.
Then, to be told that all deliveries were out and they were looking to Taxi the order for delivery? Do you not plan ahead and coordinate deliveries accordingly?
As they were running behind, I would have appreciated a heads up, a more specific ETA and even the offer of a partial refund as the cupcakes were finally delivered closer to 3pm and the recipient they were intended for had already left for the day. No apology, no follow up. (Especially after sharing that my cupcakes were made and ready for delivery at 6:30am that morning! An early delivery is not a bad thing! A 4 hour LATE delivery IS a bad example of customer service!)
I can NOT recommend this company. They are not reliable and do not keep the customer in mind.
