Don’t ever use this company, Ever!!

This is literally the worst company to work with in terms of buying domain/hosting I currently bought a domain name from them it’s been over 2 weeks still not activated, the customer service is dead like literally dead, live chat is is not responding, internal ticket system dead and their WhatsApp channel is of no use
It’s so frustrating and annoying is there’s anything less than 1 star this company don’t deserve that

Concerns Over Service Experience with CupisWeb: A Call for Improvement

At DotHost, we prioritize collaboration over competition, which led us to partner with CupisWeb for offshore server provisions for our customers. However, after making payments and using their server for two months (December 2024 – January 2025), we deeply regret this business engagement.

Throughout this period, we experienced constant downtimes without prior notification and received no responses to our messages—particularly from the CEO, Osuya Emmanuel Azuka, on WhatsApp, which was our initial primary communication channel.

Transparency and communication are at the core of our values at DotHost. We strongly believe that during downtimes or abuse cases, timely notifications should be provided to affected customers. If no corrective action is taken after such notifications, then and only then should a company take necessary precautions.

We hope that, moving forward, CupisWeb will improve its support services, ensure prior notifications for downtimes, and contribute to a better standard in Nigeria’s web hosting industry.

Direct CEO Access: While we understand the need for efficient communication, direct access to the CEO or administrator is limited and available only when expressly granted. We encourage clients to use our 24/7 support channels, where trained agents are always available to assist promptly.

Abuse Policies: Cupisweb maintains a strict policy against fake investment platforms, phishing sites, and unauthorized banking activities on all servers, including offshore servers. Websites violating these terms are immediately removed without prior notice to safeguard our hosting environment.

Downtime Notifications: We notify clients in advance of planned maintenance. However, immediate action may be required in certain abuse or security cases without prior notice.

We appreciate your feedback and are continually working to improve our services to support the web hosting industry in Nigeria and beyond.

Run as fast as you can from this company. Very horrible customer service, they don't even respond to texts, emails or their live support.
My advice to you is to stay away from them!!

I advice you not to ever use cupisweb

I advice you not to ever use cupisweb, they have very poor customer service.. I paid for a domain and they have been snubbing me everywhere, it's over 2 weeks now. If there is Negative Star rating that's what they'll get from me. The worst hosting company you will ever come across. RUN FROM THEM!

They will reply this review and still mention nothing about refunding me.

Since it's only bad reviews you guys reply to, please activate my service. Invoice #6134 - I opened Tickets #JJF-642553 and JGI-714693 still no reply
