run for hills and don't look back

I think the all good reviews posted here about this company are paid for reviews. My expereince with this company is if you ever come across them then run for the hills and dont look back. They are so far off the mark in reality that it is very scary to use them as a service.
Updated response to TelaHosting response: Even though I had cancelled my subscription within the 10 days I never received a refund as per my request and as per TelaHosting terms of cancellation. The time they take to responding to a ticket is almost about as long as it took them to respond to this original post. Best to stay away from them, they make no effort to help and on weekends or holiday they all leave the building and you are left out in the wind to die a slow death of no support...

Great Services and Great Support team

I hosted my website: jonathanolaitan.name.ng with telahosting. During the registration process, I made some mistakes while registering for the hosting account. I contacted their WhatsApp support team and luckily for me, a very kind staff from the support team by the name Favour Omaha, followed the matter up very well and fixed the issue very fast. She was constant and her services were very professional. Also, the hosting services has been really great thus far and I’ve been enjoying it really well.

I have been wondering how I can deal with another local web hosting provider after my experience with the last company I do not want to mention here, but at last, telaHosting made me think twice and made me grow a positive mindset again on local hosting providers. telaHosting support agent favor Omaha and Henry A. both exceeded my expectation in support. I also so much love there pricing and server performance. The free domain and free SSL sweet me pass anyways and I appreciate my overall experience with them.
