Paid $70 for holographic lights which were of such poor quality and completely AI’d in advertisement. There was a control button missing as well. Four emails sent to their “service”email address and no response. China pockets the cash again!

My $80 order was delivered to the wrong address. I called the pist office who told me my address was NOT the one on the package. This company would still not give a refund even though it was their mistake.

I ordered a product the light thing that shows on the ceiling. I waited a month and a half then started contacting them asking where it was. They replied that it was shipped and gave me a bogus tracking number showing it was delivered. It was not. Don't ever order from these Chinese idiots as it's like throwing your money out the window.

Product received was nothing like what was advertised. Requested a refund and return authorization twice (using the website procedures) but have not received a response in 2 weeks. Extremely poor customer service and advertising ethics.

If I could not give the one star there would be a zero. I ordered the three pack night light projector-smart 5D starry sky &ocean projector for the cost of $59.97 and also gave a $10.00 tip. I received three very small projectors that show cartoon fish. This is absolutely a scam. The items are made in China and is advertised as made in the USA. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It’s a scam!!!! You will NEVER get what you ordered and they get to keep your money!

I did not receive my items. I contacted them and they asked me to contact the courier with a number that doesn't exist.
When I advised them that I did not receive my items that suggested I look around ,in bushes, around the corner and even neighbours. Lol

SCAM cartoon fish in a metre square circle. They don’t even reply to your email complaint. Screw you China

It’s a scam as per the previous reviews. Bought two projectors which were meant to give two different scenes but the small projector that arrived had a small projection of cartoon fish and no switch. Don’t buy!

I am writing to express my absolute disappointment and dissatisfaction with the projector lamp I ordered for my grandchildren. Four of these rotating projector lamps were sent to me and I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed with an on-line purchase. The advertisements on-line showed a room filled with either a fabulous underwater scene or the night sky. The very hard to read accompanying instructions state that ‘You can press the switch to switch between modes after the charging model is powered on.’ The pictures of the lamp on the box and instruction booklet clearly show a round switch button. There is no switch button on any of the devices I have been sent so we are stuck with the unrealistic cartoon fish with no starry sky at all. This is a very, very inferior product. I am now determined never to buy anything on line ever again. Many of my friends say the same. I have two very disappointed grandchildren. Thanks for nothing Cureaus!

The item delivered is not at all as advertised! Do NOT be induced to buy this rubbish! The item supplied is only a tiny unit (9cm high), 3.5in high. I ordered one (which I thought contained both the ocean and star maps)but was charged for and received 2 ocean scenes which cover about 20cms of the ceiling. The only way it turnson is by putting the USB into a live point. I didn’t expect what was advertised but tis is beyond a joke. Don’t waste your money.
