Ease of use for CF funds transfer
The CF system is very efficient and easy to use. I have used it many time to transfer funds from my CommBank account to my Bank of America account. Normally this occurs within 48 hours, and at a cost of USD$4, is a bargain.

Moving money costs less with Currency Fair
I've used Currency Fair to move money from Ireland to Canada and they have always done it quickly and efficiently. It also costs far less to move move money using Currency Fair - cost of moving money is $4. So I'll go on using them. Well done you.

Have initiated more than 20 transactions so far using the « money transfer » method from AED to EUR. CurrencyFair is so far the best by far of the online currency exchanges I have tried. Fast, secured, and applies low fees with fair rates.

Unfähig, umständlich, zeitaufwändig und weltfremd
Ich wollte 2800 USD nach Indonesien überweisen, um eine Rechnung zu bezahlen. Früher konnte man den Zielwert in USD eingeben. Jetzt geht das nicht mehr. Man muss in EUR solange rumfummeln, bis es passt. Wechselkursfixierung funktioniert auch nicht. Hat man den Kurs fixiert und klickt sich bis zum Ende durch, ändert sich der Wert um ein Paar Cent. Das ist für den Empfänger doof. Und der Versender steht ebenso vor dem Empfänger dumm dar. Immerhin hat CF den Trick, die Gebühren unauffällig beim Empfänger abzuziehen, scheinbar geändert. Die Maske bleibt diesbezüglich weiter diffus. Trotzdem kamen bei einer Überweisung in dei Schweiz unlängst 9CHF zu wenig an.
Was ich schon mehrfach kritisiert habe: CF versteht einfach nicht, dass es Menschen gibt, die Rechnungen EXAKT bezahlen wollen. "Empfänger erhält UNGEFÄHR ..." ist ein Unding. Das Geschäftsmodell ist einfach weltfremd. Wieder mal viel Zeit verloren. Noch ein Wort zum "Chat-Bot" - der versteht schon keine Frage. Mich wundert, dass die Bankenaufsicht noch nicht eingeschritten ist.

Zur Verdeutlichung: CurrencyFair erhebt nur eine Servicegebühr von 3 €. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Festpreis, der so niedrig und kosteneffektiv wie möglich gestaltet ist.
Je nach Zielort Ihrer Überweisung werden jedoch von Drittbanken Gebühren für die Vermittlungsbank erhoben, die leider außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs liegen. Wir suchen aktiv nach Möglichkeiten, diese externen Kosten zu minimieren.
Was Ihr Feedback zu den Wechselkursen betrifft, so spiegelt der auf Ihre Überweisung angewendete Wechselkurs den Kurs zum Zeitpunkt des Umtauschs wider, es sei denn, Sie entscheiden sich dafür, den Kurs für 48 Stunden festzulegen.
