DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a bra which I wanted for a specific event. Unfortunately it took weeks for delivery, and so I wanted to return it as the event had passed. I didn’t even try it on, so as per their returns policy "Bra or Bra tops that are unworn and in their original condition will be accepted for return" I contacted them to find out how to return it. They are refusing, only offering a discount for future orders. When I questioned them about their return policy they just said thanks for the feedback but we won’t accept the return. I am absolutely livid and I will be taking this further, but I wanted to warn others. Avoid this company at all costs, it takes weeks to get your order, they lie, they patronise you, and I don’t believe they can be legitimate at all.

Commande passée début septembre pour une soirée le 22 septembre. Ayant signalé l’urgence au service client, on m’a affirmé que mon colis serait livré le 22 septembre. Il n’est arrivé que le 23. Étant absente, je ne l’ai ouvert que le 30 septembre et j’ai immédiatement demandé le retour avec demande de remboursement.
Refus catégorique : l’article ayant bénéficié d’une promotion, il serait en « vente ferme et définitive ».
Pourtant, le site affiche « RETOURS SOUS 30 JOURS » et leurs propres conditions précisent que le droit français, notamment les droits légaux du consommateur, s’applique. Or, une simple promotion ne supprime pas le droit légal de rétractation applicable à un achat à distance.
Leur seule proposition : 50 % de réduction pour commander à nouveau !
J’ai contesté leur refus par écrit en demandant l’application de mon droit de rétractation. Depuis : plus aucune réponse.
Livraison hors délai malgré leur engagement, retour refusé malgré les mentions affichées sur leur site et silence du service client : je ne recommande absolument pas CurvyPower.

Michelle in customer care answered every query, frustration (at couriers NOT Curvypower), professionally, happily and most importantly, quickly. This level of attention is practically extinct in this age, and Michelle was excellent, nothing too much trouble for her. The product itself is fantastic and I’d recommend this company to anyone searching for shape wear fixes. Quality excellent and item exactly as described.

I wish I had checked on here before purchasing. The worst customer service or service I have ever had. Total disaster no order received for over 2 months. I spent hours of my life sending complaints and chasing a replacement which also failed to turn up. I asked for a refund many times and explained my rights as a customer but do not believe this was ever going to be escalated. One person seems to run the entire business so no audit trail to prove anything and I wasn’t allowed to call anyone else which was convenient. I had to arrange a chargeback via my bank so they refunded the purchase. Will never buy from again and would never recommend.

Mais surtout je reçois mon article, ne l’essaye pas juste au visuel je vois qu’il est trop grand donc je veux le renvoyer on me sort un bla-bla comme quoi ce n’est pas hygiénique ok donc il me propose juste une réduction de 50% sur le prochain achat.
Je ne commanderai plus jamais sur ce site et le body neuf part à la poubelle !

Extremely disappointing customer service. My correct address was provided through PayPal, but the courier was given the wrong state.

I had to chase the courier myself, contact the company multiple times, provide screenshots and explain the issue, only to then be asked to provide my address again.

They did nothing to investigate the actual problem. I ultimately had to get my refund through PayPal because I was done wasting my time.

Mistakes happen, but making the customer do all the work to fix them is unacceptable.

Ça fait 3 semaines que j’ai passé ma commande, le colis n’a toujours pas quitté l’entrepôt. Je me demande si un jour je recevrai ma commande. Dommage que je n’ai pas lu les avis avant de faire mon achat.

Refund policy is all lies. I am not eligible for refund because I had a discount which it doesn’t state this in their policy

Well, I don’t know where to start and finish. I ordered from them and after 3 weeks seeing that the parcel haven’t been shipped I sent an email. They checked with the team and said that they will come back to me. Of course they didn’t. I had to email them again. After a short time they got back to me by saying that they will process a new order. I asked for a refund but they don’t wanna give me( even tho the parcel was not shipped yet. I am still waiting. I wish I had a look first at their reviews. I would not recommend and I would never buy again from them. Just going in circles and making wait for a very long time. If you wanna buy from them, think twice

Do not order from this company it is a scam!!! Never received my item and tracking never moved the delivery date had well passed ! Continuous back and forth with customer service with the same reply’s…. Avoid… Opened a dispute with my bank thankfully bank refunded me….

HEADLINE: They sell items that arrive very late and cannot be returned/will not be refunded.

The item arrived very late. I ordered it for an event. The estimated delivery date said it would arrive in time but it didn’t. I emailed them to say it was too late and cancel the order but they said it had been dispatched so I had to wait.

It finally arrived after 2 weeks (policy says 7-10 days) in an unmarked package that I had to open to see what was inside. The bra was in a zip lock bag inside, not sealed. So it was impossible for me to prove I hadn’t opened it. They state that their hygiene policy means it can’t be returned. So far they have offered me a discount on a future purchase. I am still pursuing a full refund but don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

Score this company nil stars previously. Maybe a coincidence but since this review have been getting alot of inappropriate scam mail

DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY REFUSE REDUNDS. Its a scammy misleading company. The sizing is wrong, the item I ordered took ages to arrive and is really poor quality and nothing like the size it should be. I ordered a medium bodysuit and its absolutely miniscule which for a company called curvy power is ridiculous. They are reufsing to refund me because of hygiene reasons, well it should be stated on the website then. It is not. So good for them I guess, they rip women off and send a load of junk out from a factory somewhere producing a shitty product and making everyone feel shitty. Great.

Il s’agit d’un site basé en Chine. J’ai commandé des articles en taille M, mais ils taillent vraiment très petit. Lorsque j’ai souhaité effectuer un échange, on m’a demandé de renvoyer le colis à mes frais. À La Poste, le coût du retour s’élevait à 35 €, alors que le montant total de ma commande était de 50 €.

Au final, le retour est quasiment aussi cher que les articles eux-mêmes, ce qui rend la démarche totalement inintéressante. Je vous conseille donc de bien vous renseigner avant de commander sur ce site.

Il est impératif que tous les clients se mobilisent pour effectuer une plainte car c’est vraiment des vrais Voleur. Je consulte le service client avant de commander et je leur demande un délai de livraison, le délai de livraison mais annoncé en disant que l’V parte de l’Angleterre pour arriver sept à 15 jours plus tard en France. Le problème c’est que c’est des vrais menteur ils ne sortent pas d’Angleterre, il y a Chine, cela fait un mois que j’ai commandé et que je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande, je vais effectuer une opposition de paiement via ma banque puisque ils ne veulent pas comprendre, ils ne veulent pas faire le nécessaire. C’est vraiment des voleurs ces petits imbéciles Ces petits arnaqueurs , ils viennent, ils arnaquent des personnes bloquent leurs vacances prennent leur argent eux ils sont, je sais pas où mobilisons-nous tous pour les arrêter ces Chien De La Casse

This company is awful, AVOID! I tried to return an unworn bra and I was told I couldn’t return for hygiene reasons! I hadn’t even tried it on and their returns policy does not state bras are non returnable! I argued my case but they were determined not to refund! The sizing is way off, I ordered their biggest size and it was just tiny and cheap material.. Then customer service had the cheek to offer me 50% off another purchase! It took two weeks to arrive and I wasted £27, what a disastrous company!!

1 mois que j’attends mes articles, j’ai demandé plusieurs fois le statut de la commande par email, puis remboursement, sans réponse. Le numéro de téléphone indiqué n’existe pas. À fuir

Love this brand! Have so many dresses in variety of colours, never see through either!
