ARNAQUE. J'ai commandé un t-shirt personnalisé avec photo + nom. La photo a été coupée et aucun nom n'y figurait. Aucune réponse de leur part malgré 3 mails envoyés.

This company is an absolute scam. Do not purchase anything from them. I ordered the custom record and the product was not at all as it showed in the photos. It was a piece of plexiglass with a sticker on it. The sticker didn't even look like a record, it was just a red circle. The sticker also wasn't even properly aligned, so you could obviously see the edges of the plexiglass sticking out on the top side. I reached out to request to return it and get a refund, but I was told since its a custom piece, that they could only give me a partial 10-15% refund... Even though all the gifts on their site are custom and it clearly states "money back guaranteed" on the page for the custom record. Despite that, I accepted to at least get some money back. Its now been over an entire month and I haven't had any update. I keep reaching out and they keep saying to allow 1 week to see the refund, and still nothing. They give no phone number to connect with anyone and this overall experience is by far the worst I've ever dealt with from a company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I could give -100 score, I would. Absolutely awful product and no customer service what so ever. Such a shame, I was so excited to give this as a gift to my husband....

Stop giving hard working and paying customers the run around. I have been going back and forth with your unprepared and unprofessional SCAMMING customer service for at Least two weeks now. Order number 56796!

Horrible, spent $50 on a custom crew neck sweater. They sent me the wrong item and ignored all of my emails asking for a return/refund.

My boyfriend loved it! Even though I got the smaller size, it's still cute and perfect for a snuggle blanket.

The print quality is great, and the blanket is incredibly soft.
