I found this company on a Google search and I'm so glad I did. I wanted a softer cushion for my sofa and so contacted this company. I was contacted by Lee Watkins who went above and beyond to help me get the right cushion. I ordered my cushions but sadly they were slightly firmer than I wanted. I informed Lee just to let him know not expecting to hear anything but I received an email informing us that he would make a softer cushion and send them out free of charge!!

This company is amazing and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Outstanding service cannot praise highly enough.From first contact Lee was so courteous and went through the options for new sofa seats which we are more than pleased with even better than the originals. Would recommend sending in the cushion cover as we didn't which was a mistake on our behalf as then we couldn't get the new one inside so had to return (which Lee arranged) they were then fitted into the covers by Lee and his team.
Nothing was too much trouble.We were kept up to date right through the whole process. Wish more companies operated like this. Such a pleasure to do business with.

I needed new cushions for an ancient settee and discussed my requirement with Lee at Cushion Supplier who advised that I send the existing covers to ensure accurate manufacture. The new cushions arrived, neatly packed and are excellent quality and at a reasonable price.

I am disabled and getting off my sofa was awful and caused me a lot of pain.
My partner wanted a softer cushion than I did. After reading about the differences on the company's website, I decided on a firm foam and he ordered the luxury foam.
We sent the covers off to be filled by them.
They arrived back in less than a week, communication with the company was excellent.
The difference the new cushion has made is unbelievable. I am able to get off the sofa without pain!

Two back sofa cushions with 30% down. Cushions look great and are extremely comfortable. Pricing was very competitive. Quite a long turn-around time (we knew this going in) and the cushions came back on schedule. Would reccommend to a friend.

Lee gave excellent customer service. We were unsure what filling would best suit us and he took time and care to give us all the information and talk through options. As a result we are delighted with the cushions and my husband no longer gets back ache from sitting on teh sofa. Fast and efficient service - we are very happy and would recommend this company.

Proper customer service. From the outset of initial conversations for best inners for my replacement settee cushions to them arriving and the quality is excellent. For me a bonus not being able to order on line as I'd have probably got the wrong size, but to have that personal touch from the outset is amazing. Standards are high too as they won't send things they are not happy with themselves. Thank you and highly recommend this company. No hesitation in recommending or using again if I need to.

Our sofa is ten years old and was looking quite sad, soft and squishy. I found Lee online and they said to bring measurements or cushion covers to the shop. I maybe could have given them the measurements over the phone or email but I wanted the experts to measure them so no mistakes.
Good old fashioned customer service from Lee and his Dad. They took all the measurements for the 11 new foam cushions and four scatter cushion inserts which came to a fifth of what a new sofa would have cost. They arrived via DPD courier about three weeks after the order was taken and they have transformed the sofa from tired to looking like new again. Would definitely recommend this cushion shop and know you will be happy with the result.

Great service. I chatted with the Guys over email and they gave me the option to send my cushion covers to them for them to measure, but I was confident in my measuring and diagrams.

After a disaster with another supplier I found the Cushion Supplier via a lengthy Google search (and many unimpressed phone calls to vendors). Lee is like a unicorn, you don't think they actually exist, but you secretly hope they do, and boy does he deliver! He navigated me through the step-by-step process, he knew everything there was to know about feather filled seat pads and how I should measure them. He was so kind and generous he actually made me cry. Don't bother going anywhere else, you are wasting your time. This is the most amazing company I have worked with in a very, very long time. We recently bought a second hand Tetra Sofa in good condition although the cushion interiors had seen better days. I found this company and am delighted with the newly 'filled' cushions and the excellent service received from start to finish. It is now a pleasure to relax and the dog is enjoying it too!
