My experience was nothing short of amazing. I was really stuck on timescales due to a gallery needing my cushions. Davinia was friendly, polite and supportive from the start and very kindly arranged for two inners to be despatched to me within a couple of days!

Seriously, we rarely get this kind of service today.

We wanted new overstuffed foam in our settee seat cushions. David and his team did a lovely job, recommending the best type of foam and wadding. Delivered on schedule. Very happy to recommend this company.

I ordered 2 items on 23/November. The only options for payment were card details or bank transfer. I should have known this was are flag. On 27th November, I had to contact them as I had received no email that the items had been posted. (I had received goods from all over the world in this time that I had ordered on 23rd). The response was "This was picked up by our courier last night".Again the lack of any manners or customer service skills another red flag. I asked for a tracking number and received a fake one that was going to a different address or possibly didn't exist. I emailed this. A few hours later I received an email from Evri saying they were expecting my parcel. Then an email from this company saying they had sent the incorrect tracking number and gave me the real one. I personally would not buy from this company again. I felt that they did not respect me as a customer and I felt they were very rude and disingenuous after taking my money.

We recently changed to orthopedic pillows. They need pillowcases smaller than standard size. This company made exactly what we needed. They fit perfectly and are a most comfortable fabric.
We have ordered more as spares. It takes a bit of time but definitely worth the wait.

I bought a King Sized pillow, handmade in Sussex and filled with wool, covered with cotton,
The price point was cheaper than other places online and instore yet much better quality being made in England.
The quality was excellent, extremely comfortable and high quality. I also received plenty of updates as so my order being delivered.

I bought the duck feather cushions size 20x20 and 22x22. Both came and was nice quality and good filling! Will be ordering more and do recommend.

Excellent product (cushion inners), price and service from a good range on offer i.e. different fillings, soft/hard etc. I ordered a couple to try them out, was very happy so went back for four more to complete the set. Happy customer! Thank you Cushion Warehouse.

Bought some cluster fibre cushion pads to replace the feather ones in my Loaf velvet covers . The pads were too bulky as I like a squishy look ,so I undid a few inches of a seam and removed some filling . They now look and feel just like feather but there's no dust or feathers poking through the fabric .Perfect !

I bought eight of these wool cushion pads as replacements. They are superior in every way and I am thrilled with them. They are firm, plump and comfortably supportive and beautifully made - it was important to me to support a British company that manufactures in the UK, and I am delighted with the service, the speed of delivery and the finished items. They are worth every penny and I can't recommend these cushion pads or this company more highly.

I ordered 17 inch square wool filled cushion pads. The product is excellent. It is really well made. My cushions are really well filled and look lovely. I am so pleased with the product that I have ordered som.more !

They have stated in a couple of emails few months apart that they have discontinued the cover make up service, however their website is still not updated thus misleading customers. I ordered sample fabrics for which I paid for and now I cannot use.

However the customer service is impeccable. Quick replies, very professional and quick dispatch.

I was so pleased to find a family company who could hand make cushion pads to the exact size I needed and with an excellent choice of filling and a very helpful person to answer the phone when I had a sizing query. The website is very good so I placed an order for 4 quite large cushion pads, 3 filled with both feather and down for lovely squishy comfort on a sofa and chair and a firm one in hollow fibre for a desk chair. The order arrived and I was truly delighted with the quality and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for all your cushion pad needs.

I ordered 2 cushion inserts of unusual dimensions and there was a very good choice of materials. Mine came on time and are excellent quality. They are both very comfortable and I feel they will last well. It's easy to recommend this company and I will definitely buy from them again.

I have used the cushion filling for a very long time now and it is always of the highest quality and that make it easy to use for cushion, toys and much more - add to that a fuss free efficient delivery - great company, great product.

Brilliant quality products, well made and from a British company. Their sizing is carefully thought out to ensure your cushions are at their plumpest! Delivery is not the fastest out there but is still very reasonable, and for the quality of product and being able to support a small business its very worth it the extra couple of days! Highly recommend and will be coming back to The Cushion Warehouse in future.

Excellent, prompt service at a reasonable price. They also took note of my additional instructions. Foam cushion infill is an excellent fit and the arm chair is comfortable and looking like new.

Ordered the wrong size. Sent them back with the correct dimensions & within 10 days I had my lounge suite cushions looking like new again.
