Great service and product. A complete transformation of our tired old dogs and armchairs at a sensible cost.

Fantastic service start to finish. Detailed and informative website, alongside specific item descriptions, which made buying items online much easier. Quality of product was as described and service throughout was professional

My old leather sofa of 20 years has been transformed with the new bespoke seat inserts. The service and quality of product is exceptional. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in providing guidance on their products.

My order was processed accurately, and delivered in good time considering the restrictions imposed by lockdown. The prices were better than anywhere else I had looked.

Good quality product. There was a slightly longer delivery period due to the pandemic but the customer service team was helpful and I’m happy with end result!

Beautiful wool filled cushion for a window seat. Big and luxurious. A difficult project in difficult times, but very much worth the wait and I’ll happily put in a further order.

I bought four pads with cluster fibre for our dining room chair cushions and I’m so pleased I did. The new pads have transformed them into something inviting. Good quality and excellent customer service. I’ll be ordering again to revive other cushions. Thank you Cushion Warehouse.

Great product - cushions are beautifully made with just the right amount of filling to make them soft and comfortable.
First class, professional service with excellent customer care - highly recommended.

I was gifted a cushion cover and wrote to Cushion Warehouse asking them about what size pad I would need. Their response was prompt, as was their subsequent communications. The pad arrived and it worked a treat.

Fantastic to find a British company supplying such a great quality eco friendly product. I ordered 17 and 21 inch sheep wool cushions which are really plump and comfortable. They make the cushion covers that I made look amazing! I had never heard of cushions filled with sheep wool before but will certainly purchase these again. I bought them an inch larger than the covers made as I would have done with any other filling and they filled them perfectly.

Purchased cushion pad to use in tapestry cushion I had made which was not a standard size. Found The Cushion Warehouse online and amazed by the selection of sizes and fillings available, all very reasonably priced. Very pleased with my purchase which arrived promptly during covid times.

Excellent quality cushions. I will be ordering more for my business in the future! Thank you!

Due to Covid it was a long wait for our cushion. It was absolutely worth the wait, excellent quality & finish.

Our initial review of the company was poor due to what we considered unsatisfactory customer service. However, the cushions did eventually arrive and they really are first class. Fat, soft and supportive wool filled cushions that are so comfortable to have at your back. These are pricier than regular cushions but definitely worth it.

Wanted some new cushions for covers I had bought. Checked the reviews online fir this company and they were good. Ordered some feather cushions, quite large, very reasonably priced. Had been updated about the delivery time due to Xmas and Covid.
Very pleased with the purchase would definitely use again, highly recommended

These guys are brilliant. Having been let down badly by the miss-sold Sofology insurance we turned to these guys and girls for a bespoke corner cushion for our 2 year old corner settee. Sent them the dimensions and photos, picked our filler and they did the rest. Like many other firms they have struggled with suppliers but they've kept us updated as much as possible. Arrived yesterday and we are over the moon with it. Fits perfect. Thank you Cushion Warehouse we would highly recommend

I needed two back sofa cushions replaced and they were great. Very efficient, very proactive and I was very pleased with the end result.

I have purchased washable cushions from the Cushion Warehouse before; they are always good quality and value and despatched promptly, all in all a great product and service.

I found Cushion Warehouse very helpful when placing the order, the cushions are perfect and delivery was arranged on a date and time to suit us. Excellent service.
