Firstly I want to start with the amazing customer service. Abs was a true gent & informed me about a order where I had ordered the wrong accessories for some hardware, & let me exchange some of the items before it got shipped out, even though the package was sealed & ready for pickup. Saved me a whole lot of disappointment, time & money. They stock quality merchandise, with amazing prices to boot. Not a bad word to say, or experience when shopping here. Delivery was prompt & the website very easy to navigate, & I was kept well informed from start to finish. Top marks all round, thank you.

Had a issue that was nothing to do with them as a company. More to do with royal mail being potatos. Literally sent the email an the call came from custom vapes now that's service.
Need to use this place more for my drippers etc

This a a great company to deal with! I phoned up inquiring about a Kennedy mod, spoke to a guy called Houston, really nice guy told me all the pitfalls of getting cheaper mods from fleabay I purchased the Kennedy Vindicator as they were in short demand everywhere else, brilliant device. A top notch service and will shop there again, thank you guys!
