At first my order had been printed wrong (printer burnt and lecular style not visible for writing), I asked to get it resent and the team has helped me so much in getting this next delivery right! They have ensured every detail was correct and gone above and beyond for me!!

Five stars! So helpful! And even followed up with me and waited patiently for me to send a photo to redo the card, that is extremely kind, especially to a busy new mom! Would highly recommend!

My custom order was incorrect. They added a Yamaka to my husbands head. We are not Jewish. They refused to fix it and would not give a refund.

Received a custom card that did not match the image/description of the product page. Requested a refund per their policy and provided pictures. Customer service stated that these are all handmade and have "imperfects" which make them unique. If I wanted a product with horrible printing quality and many imperfections, I would specify that. Instead of just following their policy to offer a refund/exchange, they continually push back as if I am in the wrong. Would never deal with again.

The card looks amazing, and the customer service was also great! I panicked because I accidentally ordered it to the wrong address and didn't realize it until after I ordered, and they were able to help me get it shipped to the right address pretty quickly. Thank you!

I placed an order and was not happy with the preview of the card I ordered. I contacted them and have been speaking with Grace, who has been absolutely terrific and super friendly to deal with. They are re-making my order and even allowed me to make a couple additional changes to it. I'm so excited to get my card! ☺️
