Still haven’t received it after two weeks (I’m in Canada), despite paying for fast, top-priority shipping. It’s just a simple piece of jewelry with no customization. I’ve ordered from them before without issues, but the service seems to have dropped in quality.
Shipping delay
I’m being asked to rate my experience when I paid extra money to expedite my shipment, but haven’t received my purchase. It’s currently stuck in Portugal without an ETA when it will arrive. I purchased this as a gift for my significant other in an attempt to gift before his month long departure to another country.

Shipping lies and product that looks different from what I ordered
I ordered a necklace with my dad's writing on it, since he recently passed away. I was so excited to receive it, so I paid for fast processing and expedited shipping (4-6 business days). It took the order 3 weeks to arrive, and I was told AFTER I paid for the expedited processing and shipping that these items are made overseas and cannot be shipped quickly. Would've been nice knowing that before I ordered. Once I actually received the piece, it looked nothing like the photo on the website of the order I placed. The coin piece was shiny, not matte, and the engraving was clear, not black, so I could hardly see what it said. The coin piece of the necklace was also scratched. I have been talking to customer service, and they absolutely will not refund me for any portion of the order - the processing, shipping or the necklace that turned out very different than what I ordered and intended to receive. They offered me 30% off a future order, but I will NEVER be ordering from them again, and neither should you.

This is the first review I have ever written for an online company. I agree with the reviewer who pretty much proved the positive reviews are fake.
I ordered two items two weeks ago. I also paid for priority processing. The item has been in Portugal (??) for two weeks. The company site is so bad, the tracking language is in Spanish. There is no customer service. They will not respond to anything. There company info says they are based in Las Vegas, which is probably a lie also. I blame myself for not doing more research before ordering. I don't expect to receive my items. I will report the company to the FTC. I suggest anyone else with a similar experience to do the same.

This company advertises 3-5 day shipping and does not have any intentions of it arriving in that window. This is blatant false advertising and I missed the date that this item was purchased for. I am currently at 17 business days without seeing the item. After reading the other negative reviews and seeing another poster state that the 5 star reviews are likely fake, I would advise against purchasing from this company.

I don’t recommend, my boyfriend never received anything from them, and it so difficult to talk to someone to resolve the issue. If it’s sending marketing emails to me they’re probably the first but for them to assist customers they are not there anymore. I just need my money back I’m so disappointed
