Totally a scam. They will ask you to select a package that clearly states you have 100% Ownership Rights. After they finish designing your logo, they will call you, saying that you need to purchase a trademark with them (or you won't be able to use the logo without inflicting copyright laws), which wasn't previously mentioned.

First, there are many places where you can obtain a trademark at a lower price. Second, it's not their business what I am doing with my logo; I just asked for them to design it.

After that, they will text you saying to take down the logo, as the rights have expired, and if found, using it can be subject to legal consequences. Also, "if it's not renewed or closed, you'll get the cease-and-desist for the business name and the logo, and an infringement lawsuit, which starts from $75,000, will be initiated against you."

Scammers dont get any logo done with them. They are gonna try and force you to pay to register the logo trademark for a crazy amount of money. While the company itself it not trademarked. they are gonna send you text and trying to scare you that they are going to take legal action. Stay as far away from these company.

I bought a logo from this company while they were using a different name, but was able to track them down with some effort. Their website content/design is the same as when I worked with them, the only difference is the company name.

I DO NOT recommend this company! The logo I got was very low quality, and ultimately I ended up making my own logo after sending it back for a few revisions. Each revision returned a WORSE logo, which hardly seemed possible.

Then, a few months later, I started getting harassed by someone claiming to be an intellectual property lawyer. The texts demanded that I stop using the logo (which I wasn't using) or a lawsuit would be filed. I never responded, and after a few weeks the texts stopped. I'm still waiting on the lawsuit...

They make a logo for you and then try to sell you other services. If you don't pay for additional services they threaten a lawsuit if you use YOUR logo! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Poor quality logo. After consistently telling them that the logo they made was off center and not symmetrical, they continued to send renditions of the logo with asymmetrical puts that were suppose to be even and off center. I put the logo on a graph to show them the center and even split the picture to show how some parts of the logo were asymmetrical, but they still sent a mess of a logo.

I finally agreed to the logo just to prevent more time loss. It was wasting my time and theirs to continue explaining symmetry and the center of an image.

When they sent the PNG, not only was it a low quality photo, but they left a noticeable white spot and outline in the photo as if using a free BG software. They never completely removed the background even after I pointed it out. They ignored my email.

I ended up using the logo they made as a template to completely redesign the logo in my 3D software.

Paying someone else to do it was suppose to save me time. If I wanted to do it myself, I wouldn't have paid someone. I could have gotten the same quality work by tipping someone on redit to design the logo (yes there are subredits that offer this service). luckily I have enough skill and software to fix the logo myself.

This is just an upsell funnel for a lot of things you do not need nor should be asked to pay for. Complete garbage service. The design is good, the ability to get the non-watermarked image without paying 3x-10x what the original quote was, is abysmal.
