I had the pleasure of collaborating with this design agency, and I must say, they truly went above and beyond. The website they crafted for me is not just visually stunning but also incredibly functional. Their attention to detail and creativity shone through in every aspect of the site. What really stood out to me was their exceptional customer service - they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. Despite their high-quality work, they managed to keep their services affordable, which was a pleasant surprise. Moreover, they didn't just meet but exceeded my expectations by delivering the project right on schedule. I highly recommend this design agency to anyone in need of a website that not only looks amazing but also functions seamlessly. They are a true gem in the design industry!

They claim that you have 100% ownership rights of your logo but the truth is you don't. Ownership rights from what they told me is only a "trial" of the logo to see how it looks, they still technology own it. They design an OK logo, nothing that really stands out, and then they inform you that you have to pay an additional $502 for ownership transfer of the logo. As a veteran of this great nation, trying to start a small business, I feel as if they were trying to hide those additional fees from me instead making it know up front that there were additional fees. And on top of that they wanted me to pay an additional $1500 for copyright and trademark rights. Terrible experience. I told the Creative Head, Jason Wallace, that I wanted a day to think about it and he told me the offer of $502 and $1500 was at a 70% discount and only good for the remainder of the day (15 minutes left before they closed). And before I told him my answer, after asking for a refund (they claim a money back guarantee), he told me it was finalized and sent to me. And now he don't want to respond to any of my questions. Good scam company looking for ways to get extra money out of you.

They are SUPER PUSHY about getting the sale. It gets annoying because they will call you at odd hours and insist a lot, and the logo Is average; they probably even did it on canvas, but it's a $100 logo; you can't expect the next big thing...

And the cherry on top is that they will blackmail you so you don't leave them a bad review. After I left an average review, stating my experience, my project manager asked me if I could change my review because it could cost them their job. I don't know if they were being honest or if it was just their company handbook to avoid bad reviews, but it was definitely really fishy; I just deleted the review, waited a while, and did another review under my spam email, that way they didn't lose their job but I would still share my experience.

Bottomline, if you are short of budget and can't come up with a logo yourself, go with them; they are cheap graphic designers, and with cheap price come low quality, enough to get going, but you would definitely end up investing more in a good graphic designer later on, to make you an actual logo worth showing In your business and be proud of
