After a fantastic holiday in Disneyland booked with Thomas from Custom Holidays, we decided to book 3 further holidays! Just returned from two weeks in Cambodia. Everything perfect, Thomas even managed to upgrade our hotel two weeks before our holiday began. Looking forward to our next two holidays booked with Thomas as I know we will not be disappointed 😀

Found Custom Holidays on Facebook and was sceptical about booking a holiday from a company on Facebook.
Having made all the arrangements with Thomas via WhatsApp and email I booked our holiday for the 3 of us to Thailand.
Even having to make flight changes out of our control and thanks to someone starting a war 🙄 our holiday ran like clockwork.
We were picked up as scheduled from airports and hotels and transferred seamlessly.
I would recommend Custom Holidays to anyone.

I booked a trip to Paris for my autistics sons 18th in January it just so happened to be when I storm hit and easyjet cancelled the entire time I was at the airport trying to workout what was going to happen custom holidays were on the phone helping me this up till after 10pm. We eventually rebooked for nov and everything went perfectly price was fantastic the accommodation was great it was all very well planned and we had a great time

Just got back from our Disney trip, everything went smooth & well. Lovely hotel, Thomas was very helpful & made sure we had everything we needed.

I was sceptical at first booking with Custom Holidays UK, as it is hard to trust online booking services now days, but after reading amazing reviews, i decided to go for it and i’m so glad i did. The process was so straight forward and easy, everything was sorted for us, from flights and hotels to park tickets. I cannot recommend them enough!

I just booked our holiday for October this year. Thomas is been very helpful. I am however a bit nervous and hope everything will be just okey! After reading all the positive reviews on here I decided just to go for it.

Booked with Custom Holidays to go to Disneyland, Paris with the grandchildren. Would 100% recommend booking with them. Everything we wanted was catered for and we had no issues at all. Will definitely book with them again. Their prices was so good it meant we could stay an extra night.

Just returned back from the best trip to Disneyland Paris. I can’t thank Thomas enough for everything. Following on from my earlier review, all communication was so quick and cannot fault a single thing.
Our trip went so well and all the vouchers were as described. I was a little sceptical at first, as the price was a lot cheaper than other places whilst looking.
I would not hesitate to recommend booking through Custom Holidays and i will certainly be using again in the future!

Just booked a trip to Disney Paris for March 2025. I have been messaging back and forth over the last few days on FB messenger and i was very sceptical at first thinking this was a scam with the cost being too good to be true. However having received all the holiday documents and our flight confirmation, it is legit. I will update my review once we have come back.

Update - everything was fine we had a great time!

Extremely helpful when changes to the booking were required. Excellent all round. Multiple flights, transfers and a ferry trip. Everything went according to plan, no unexpected problems. Will happily book again in the future.
