Booked our first girls holiday as 17 and 18 year olds to Disneyland Paris!! it was so easy and Thomas was amazing!! everything went so smoothly and there were no hidden costs! Honestly can’t recommend these enough! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Fantastic trip to Disneyland Paris. Had a few last minute alterations to booking that required immediate attention. All sorted without any fuss and took a lot of worry away from us. I was skeptical about booking a holiday with a company I came across on Facebook, but I trusted it and it paid off! Me and my partner just got back from a 4 night stay in Paris, with 1 day in Disneyland and 1 day in Walt Disney Studios. We stayed at Campanille hotel which was so clean and spacious, it was in a great location with a free 10 minute shuttle bus to the Disney Parks. It had a bar, arcades, restaurant and even a little farm! For our last full day we travelled to central Paris, this journey was about an hour and a half so if you’re wanting to visit central Paris for more than a day I’d recommend staying more central, although it would be more expensive. I would definitely book with Custom Holidays again, their response time was amazing, and they were so helpful in answering any questions I had (there were lots). Paris itself is very expensive, and I feel like I’ve done it now so won’t be going back any time soon but I do want to travel to Iceland so would use this company for our next trip!

Thomas was so reassuring helpful and patient.

He sorted all my requirements out at an affordable excellent price then sent everything via email for me to read and confirm.

Thomas sorted our flights ,hotel (family room as requested) private transportation to and from airport/Hotel and Park tickets.

He sent all correspondence/conformation to me via email and messenger within minutes.

I’ve never used Custom Holidays uk before as for over 40 yrs I’ve used large companies but I’m hoping that our trip away in May will be as successful and brilliant as the booking was today and this will be the first of many holidays booked through Thomas and this company.

So after May I will let you all know how everything went and if it was the success I’d been promised.

At 1st I was a bit unsure of the company because I had never heard of them but I did some homework and booked my disneyland trip, Thomas was very helpful and always answered any questions I had, even if they were silly 🤦‍♀️, he planned my holiday exactly how I had asked him to, it was a surprise for my kids for their Christmas present and they absolutely loved it, we just got back this afternoon, would highly recommend custom holidays uk and am already looking to plan my next holiday with them 😊

Honestly 10/10 experience, we went to Disneyland Paris and my family had the best time there. We were able to go see the castle light up, do many rides and watch shows. The hotel was absolutely stunning and had amazing service too. By far one of my favourites holidays and will be going back!

Just came back from a 3-day trip to Disneyland Paris and everything was great. Thomas helped us to save quite a bit on the hotel and park ticket fees.There is a nice small farm at the Campanile hotel and it is situated next to a beautiful lake. Would definitely recommend their service 👍
