Very bad experience

I asked for combined shipping costs on eBay twice on the occasion of an eBay purchase. On the first time they simply ignored my question. On the second time they gave me an evasive reply. All in all I got nothing. A very disrespectful seller.

Buying from this company is very straightforward. The items are accurately described and reasonably priced with the communications for inquiries very promptly answered and dealt with.

Nice Replica Stickers.

Nice Replica Stickers.. Just be careful when Peeling the Backing Paper after applying to the Frame as the Decals can stay affixed so you have to sometimes carefully tease them off.. Was very cold when I did mine and Frame had a high polish finish so maybe that was the reason. ..

Buy if you are sure

Everything was good, but when I tried to return, they took 9 pounds out of order for shipping.. it wasn't even wrote in their page.

Avoid, terrible customer service

They never answer the phone and don't respond to answer phone messages.
Ordered a chain ring on 17/09/2017, they claim it was posted on 18/09/2017 and delivered on 19/09/2017, it turned up on 27/09/2017 but I had to get it elsewhere in between as i had a customer waiting for his bike.
I returned the chain ring for a refund (postage at my cost) and now they claim they have not received it so no refund. I'm £33 out of pocket with nothing to show for it and they do not care. Terrible customer service.
