Customised Bikes

Customized Bikes excellent gear at reasonable prices..
Fast shipping too.

I placed and order for some new tyres for my bike, sadly on opening the package I found they'd sent me the wrong colour! I contacted them and the problem was swiftly resolved! The sign of a good shop is how they deal with the inevitable problems, Customised Bikes dealt with it perfectly, keep up the good work.

This is the second time I've used customised bikes, rang up to order as I was unsure what I needed and the sales staff were great. The added bonus is it was also cheaper than anywhere else!

I hadn't heard of Customised Bikes before but they had all the parts in stock that I needed and at a good price. Rather than buying from lots of different companies I decided to give them a go. All my items arrived the next day, couldn't be happier! I'll be back!

Purchased in April 20 2015. Have not received product as of June 14 2015. Was advised that a tracking number could not be provided due to overseas shipping.
Was contacted by Customized Bikes and asked to verify mailing address in PayPal and to verify that postal service did not receive item. I did as requested and and responded to Customized Bikes with the results back in June 2015. To date, still no reply from Customized bikes as to whether they will refund my money or re-ship part.
I have 100% positive feedback in Ebay for all my previous purchases. Most of them for more than the price of a single chainring which I ordered form Customized Bikes. I have held off providing feedback on Ebay to see if Customized Bikes will do the right thing. I am frustrated and totally dissatisfied with Customized Bikes as of this point.

I ordered a couple of spare parts for a brake and they arrived quickly. No problems, good value service. Thanks

Goods arrived before I expected them, packaging was sufficient to protect the goods, without being over the top. I will certainly buy from these guys again

Spot on parts and spot on delivery quicker than expected. Very impressed.

I purchased the above item, delivery was down for 4-5 working days. Item arrived at my address 2 days later, communication was great (i had to change the delivery address), received a voucher for a 15% discount of any other orders along with the item in question.

Well pleased.

Brought this item to put on my spare set of wheels to save myself keep swapping magnets. Delivery was prompt and hassle free, would definitely recommend and buy from them again

Thanks Customised Bikes, my order arrived her in Australia very promptly. Very hard to get Fluro Yellow bar tape in Oz and it sets of my new bike fantastically.

I needed a replacement chainring and found Customised Bikes to have a good range of options at very competitive prices. The speed of service was excellent and intend to buy from them again in the future.

Product was better than I expected, nice finish and looks the part, 1 day late in delivery but I didnt mind the wait, overall top quality product and really good price

I'd struggled to find a pair of Patheon 2 bars and Customised Bikes came up with the goods. The price was good and delivery excellent. Thanks.

Ordered a road bike stem from Customised Bikes via ebay. The item was as described and arrived very quickly. Great service with no faults.

fantastic price and, fast efficient service with regular email updates. Thanks very much, will definately use again.

Good price for postage.
Sometimes it may take longer to arrive package.
Generally very good.

Great service. Received quickly and at a good price.

I was greeted by Peter Bird on arrival and we got straight down to the business of the bike fitting. My bike was clamped into a turbo trainer, a cup of tea appeared and then I measured my inside leg. Then it was on the bike to check the saddle height and fore aft position. This was done using the plumb bob method and by observing my pedal action from the side. Next was brake and handlebar position. Having adjusted these, stem height and reach were checked. Now I have a large frame to suit my long legs but that isn't so good for reach since I have a long body. A smaller frame is good for reach but stem height is too low for comfort. Peter prescribed a shorter, high rise stem and soon a suitable item was found and fitted. This felt more comfortable. My back angle was checked on the hoods and on the drops and my riding observed again to check my body position. That was about it - and very good value in my opinion.
I had already expressed interest in the frame building course and having discussed the existing frame geometry and my particular fitting compromises, I confirmed my place on the spot.
Since then I've been on a 11 m training run and found the set up to be pretty good. I think a few more degrees back tilt to the brakes would be good - and then I just need to tape the bars.
I'd recommend the process for anyone who has doubts about their position on the bike.
I'm looking forward to building my own frame to my individual measurements.
