I ordered some nautical patches from them they came within a week and were absolutely superb i would recommend them to anybody and will definitely use them again Thank you

They don't even deserve 1 star
They took £50 for an order in March which I have not heard a thing about since, I have sent emails and tried to phone them but no is ever available to answer the phone
Maybe I get a polite reply on here as to what is going on

Ordered some patches back in January, still haven't received them, the seller stopped answering after I asked for a refund, AVOID

PS: Police is on the case

Fake site ordered in November and was told machine issues, do not use the address is fake also it's a PO box

Custom Patch, easy to order but then nothing, order is 4 weeks old and according to their web site should have arrived. I have used their email on the web page 3 times now but no reply and have just left a second voice mail as all numbers go direct to answer machine. Not very good customer service. Not surprised as looking at their replies to other peoples comments they have stated that the customers are ranting on, but they obviously like a rant themselves. I look forward to their reply to this.

Ordered on 12/11/19, Arrived 5/2/19, they stopped answering my emails after 2 months. I only received the product after i asked to cancel the order, they didn't even reply to that email

I would give minus stars if possible. No replies once he has the money. Constant answerphone. He doesn't have the bottle to talk or face his 'customers'. Conman. AVOID

So I made an order for some patches and paid on 14/11/19 and was told that they would be with me before Christmas which wasn’t the case. During the build up to Christmas I sent several emails and contact requests through the website to which they were all ignored. New Year came and again I attempted to make contact and again ignored. So on the 04/01/20 I sent another email to Alan and said that I will be contacting PayPal and Trading Standards and within a few hours I actually received a reply saying they ran out of time for Christmas and they will be starting on my patches again come the 06/01/20 so I gave them the benefit of the doubt in regards to this and decided to wait, so a few weeks have passed and still nothing in the post or any form of contact made by the company to myself, so again I sent an email AND (drum roll please) was ignored. Decided now to throw the towel in and raise a dispute with PayPal, email also sent to company informing them, be interesting to see if they respond 👀

Overall wouldn’t recommend

I placed an order with Custom Patch after a friend of work used them previously and the end product was good. I used the same design with the addition of velcro to 2 of the patches. Its has been 3 months now since the order was placed and I still haven't received it even after paying for it, I obtained a response from the company towards the end of Novemeber saying that it would be sent that week and yet 2 months on I still haven't recieved what I have paid for. The product that I got the first time round was good but the customer service I have recieved in my second order has been appalling. This is after numerous emails and phone calls in which I have had no response.

DO NOT use this company for your patches. The quality does not match that of what is shown on their website, and they fail to respond when you complain. Shoddy workmanship on the patches with words having big spaces between the lettering and some with letters running into each other so you can't read the word easily.

Avoid at all costs. I was taken in by the reasonable price, but the patches came from Ireland when the office address is in London. Are they outsourcing?

I ordered my design at the beginning of August and was told would take up to 2 weeks, after no contact the week it was due to be delivered or any email with the design I have since emailed multiple times, last week I got a response saying it was being re made and sent out, I quickly responded to the email requesting special delivery so that I had it on time and again got no response. I now have a hen weekend to go on tomorrow with no finished T-shirt’s as nothing has been sent. I have requested a refund but also had no response. I am disappointed with the service received as I looked past the negative reviews after such a quick response on my initial queries. I have also tried to call and left a voicemail before emailing and had no return call.

Ordered patches for work shirts over a month ago. They took nearly 2 weeks to arrive ( only ordered 2!) And I paid to have velcro put onto the back. When they finally arrived they had no velcro.
I emailed the company to ask why and they replied and said their machine was currently broken to sew in the velcro.... (so why send out half a product???) Exchanged few more emails and nearly 6 weeks later still no velcro...

Please avoid this company and use someone who will actually do the job you've asked for.

The first response on trust pilot from the company was super abusive and rude. They've later gone back and edited this post to make it look like I was difficult. Again stay clear of these cowboys.

Product was spot on, price was very competitive. Happy with the end result.

However, we were left somewhat in the dark for the order process - it took a long time to hear back in regards to anything after payment was taken which naturally can look a little suspicious but fortunately all was well in the end!

Of course we understand that these things happen especially when things are busy and it seems to be a smaller operation so this was not a huge deal to us. We do feel that perhaps an automated system would be a great idea in the future for potential updates purely for customer service.

As mentioned, the product we received was perfectly in line with what we submitted and once we got the artwork proof from their side, we received the product not too long after.

One of the easiest and straight forward services I've used. I submitted a design, was advised that one aspect wouldn't look as well as I would expect once completed. Worked on a minor design and I couldn't be happier with the delivered products!

I'm fairly certain that they either: A are on holiday or B they are not interested in acquiring more work.
The company haven't reacted to my emails and I'm quite tired of trying to get a hold of them. The deadline for my project is closing fast and I had hoped that they could deliver.

Great service and great product.

I have used CustomPatch.co.uk a couple of times now, and they have been great on both occasions.

Whilst with my previous order, I was able to provide the design myself, this time I was only being able to provide a written description of my desired design, within a day, Alan had sent me five variations on the proposed design and really understood the 'spirit' of the end product that I wanted.
Despite multiple changes to the order, including the dimensions of the patches, the quantity AND the backing (I completely forgot about the velcro) I received the finished products with one week.

I will certainly use and recommend CustomPatch again.

I did my first order with Custompatch. I am more than happy with my order the quality is excellent and the service is brilliant. What I asked for is what I got surperb. Designing a patch online is so simple. I can’t express enough how professional Custompatch are l will definitely be ordering again and recommending them to others. DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GET CUSTOM PATCHES FROM custompatch.co.uk - THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINEABLE. Unfortunately it is not possible to give zero stars so 1 star will have to suffice...

Ordered two custom patches as per my detailed designs I had sent. After alterations, both parties had agreed to a final design which was seen in the invoice.

However what I had received was a laughable rendering of what I had requested. Text was far far larger than what I had asked for and text was in the wrong font, positioned incorrectly on the patches and one patch even had an entire row of text missing.

I thought I’d reach out to the seller to resolve the problem but to no avail, they were completely disinterested. In the end I had to take it to PayPal and open a case to which they responded that no refunds/exchanges were in order because it was a custom patch. How is that fair when a custom service was paid for that was grossly underfulfilled??? If it was possible to attach images to this review then you’d be able to see how god awful they were.

Not a genuine company. Placed an order and once receiving it realised I made a huge mistake. Looks nothing like what I expected. After explaining my disappointment through several emails ALAN SHUT ME OFF FOR A MONTH. THEN replied saying it has nothing to do with him. Originally he agreed on a 60% refund as the product is not fit for its purpose. He declined that too. I do not recommend anyone to waste there money on this dodgy company!!!
