We ordered custom patches to be sewn onto a cooler bag and beach towel for corporate gifting — I couldn't be happier with the result. We chose an embroidered 3" circle patch with pretty detailed stitching and it looks excellent in my photo proof. I can't wait to receive them!

I received my patches the other day. I was a little bummed at the thickness, but the speed more than made up for it, and they work perfectly. I even got them a few days earlier than the estimate. I was, quite literally stunned, when FedEx showed up at my door when they did. The colors are beautiful and exactly what I ordered. If I need more patches, I will go to no one else. Excellent job guys!

Horrible experience. No one answers the phone so you will never speak with a live agent. When you ask questions via chat you are given vague answers and are rushed to approve things with no explanation. My order was not what I wanted and the person in the chat was extremely rude. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Horrible experience horrible service.
