Yes unfortunatly the items you orders were not stock items and had to be ordered from the manufacturer in Germany. This is why you received a notice in the checkout which stated that the Enermax item has no estimated delivery date. Unfortunately these fans took 10 days to arrive into us and we shipped them to you within 24 hours of us receiving them into stock.
We offer over 10,000 part numbers on our website and we told stock of over 40% of these items in Ireland. It is however impossible to hold stock of every item and if we only listed the stock items we would reduce the available options to our customers. This is why we state the average delivery time frame is 4 to 7 business days. There are unfortunately exceptions and Enermax is one of those exceptions as we do not stock any of their part numbers in Ireland since we discontinued the use of their components in our own PC builds.
Please accept our apology for the delay with your order.

Your order was placed on the 24th of January 2020 at 20.17 which means your order could not be processed until the following Monday the 27th of January 2020.
The item you order was not available and we emailed an offered you an alternative with your order being completed on the 12th of February 2020.
Unfortunately items can go out of stock over the weekend when there are many orders and unfortunately this item had not returned to stock as there is a shortage of this item. We try to limit this happening however on the Friday we had 36 pieces available however between Friday evening and Monday morning we had over 70 orders for the same item.
Please accept our apologies for the delay with your order.

Our website is never going to be the fastest becasue of the amount of products on the site , the amount of visitors and the product attributes which allow customers to sort the products.
Our website is optimised and our developers are constantly updating and maintaining the website.
We will be launching a new website in April which will be faster for mobile devices.
The current www.CUSTOMPCPARTS.ie website has an average page loa time of 4.09 seconds with a page size of 7MB. It is not spectacular but better that 73% of websites tested according to Google.

Extremely hard to communicate with this company
I accidentally placed 2 orders for the same item with this company and found it very hard to communicate with them, they did not respond to emails or phone calls, in the end the problem was resolved with no communication, I received my items fine, it took a bad review on trustpilot for them to communicate with me through this site. How hard is it for a company to pick up the phone or answer an email?

It is not that we charged you twice for the order it was that you placed the order twice !
We then cancelled the second order and voided the transaction which means we only received payment for the first transaction.
We have not charged you for 2 transaction and our accounts team explained this to you in detail.
If your see 2 transactions on your statement then this is an issue between you and your bank however we have only charged you for one transaction. If you look at your orders you will see the authorisations codes and you can give these to your bank to verifiy the information with them.
We are not impossible to contact and our support desk is open 24 x7 with support tickets answered business hours Monday to Friday.
This is however not an issue for ourselves as it is an issue between you and your bank or card issuer.
I am sorry we cannot assist you further on this but please understand that your bank are the only ones who can provide assistance.

Expensive, slow and unhelpful

Received no email confirmation, contacted support and the agent was extremely unhelpful, just saying "the email was sent so it's a fault on your side" without any further explaining or offer to help. Instead of apologizing this shop also keeps reporting this review to keep it hidden. Stay away from them.

I’m no expert on power supplies so…

Order spot on but courier is appalling.
They got my order spot on and everything was packaged perfectly. But the courier used fastway is absolutely appalling and lost my package twice. I wouldn't order from you again if I had to go through fastway.Your service is great but fastway let's you down.

Fastway have been delivering our parcels since June 2019 and in that time they have delivered in excess of 7000 parcels. The decision for us to switch to using Fastway was based primarily on a survey we carried our with our customer between November 2018 and April 2019 were we asked our customers to recommend who they have had experience with and who they would like to see us use. Fastway came top of this survey and we entered negotiation with them with the contract agreed in May 2019. I am not going to state that Fastway are perfect however I can tell you that our incidents of damaged in transit has dropped substantially as has issues with non delivery and delivery to addresses other than the delivery address. We will be reviewing our contract with Fastway in April 2020 and we will likely open the survey again at that point.
First and last
It’s the first time I order parts from here and I rarely give something a bad review, first of all it was more expensive then other sites but it’s an Irish business so the shipping would be faster I was told, I wanted this gift for Xmas or as soon as I could after, it wasn’t packed or shipped until January the 3, granted it was delivered at the next Monday but! The delivery man didn’t call, and they just left the package outside my door, it’s not protected from rain or other people from snatching it up, needless to say I almost lost my S...There was tons of wear and tare on the packaging too, haven’t been able to confirm if it works yet, since I’m waiting for a new power source

Your order was placed on the 20th of December 2019 which was after the Deadline for Pre Christmas Delivery. The delivery Deadline for Christmas 2019 was the 15th of December 2019.
This notice was on our website and when you were chekcing out you had to tick a box to confirm you had read the notice which stated the order would not be processed until the 2nd of January 2020 as we were closed over the holiday period.
Your order was shipped on the 3rd of Janaury 2020 with Fastway.ie to your delivery address and according to the proof of deliery the delivery was signed for at your address at 13.50 on the 6th of January 2020.
Shockingly the parcel was signed for by Mr Front Door which I suspect was the driver.
This is totally unacceptable and there will be action taken against Fastway unless this driver is taken to task for their disgraceful behaviour.
I have sent an email to the Area manager @ Fastway with your details and you can expect them to contact you in relation to this.
Our parcels are packed very well and all of our packing conforms to International Packing standards to ensure safe delivery of our goods.
We however recycle packing material based on our Envirnomental Policy and not all outer packing boxes will be new.
Please accept our apologies for the behaviour of the Fastway driver and I can assure you we will not allow this matter to be ignored by Fastway management in your area.
I would ask you to please consider the rating of your review based on the service we have provided and not the delivery drivers failure.
Our prices are competive and are the fact we have UK and other EU customers buying from us here in Ireland shows just how competitive our pricing is.
We will not always have the best pricing however we can assure you that the pricing on our website includes 23% VAT as we are based in the Republic of Ireland.
Our purchasing power makes us the only company in Ireland with direct access to many of the manufacturers and this allows us to be able to offer brands usually not available in Ireland.
We are not buying products from the UK and offering for resale in Ireland as the majority of our stock comes direct from the continent which means better pricing and better choice.
Our pricing is EURO only and we only buy in EUROS which eliminates fluctuations in our pricing which you would see on websites selling goods in the UK or from the UK to Ireland.
I am sorry that there was an issue with Fastway and I state that this was not acceptable and I assure you we have already make a formal complaint and that you can expect to hear from the Fastway area manager within the next few days.

Purchased ryzen 1600 was expecting some batch stuck in back in storage room. Instead got 12nm variation. Price was good and actually using delivery service witch know how to use mobile phone. Delivery was not the quickest but there ware holidays in between.
Overall very pleased with service and product

Edit due to your response: Item was ordered on the 16th December, I'm ok with it not being delivered by Xmas, but it is now the 8th of January and still no delivery or update. I've emailed and left messages in the past few days and have had no response from your helpdesk... The only response I've had from you is on Trustpilot because I gave you a bad review. How about responding to customers emails/queries as it might negate having to defend yourself publicly. Order# 300007736. All I want is a realistic delivery time/update or a refund.

Orders placed over the holiday period as stated on our website were not processed until we returned to work on the 2nd of January 2020. Orders processed on the 02.01.2020 would be delivered as normal within 4-7 business days from then.
The 2019 Christmas Deadline for component orders was the 15th of December.
Our Christmas 2019 holiday deadlines and delivery schedule has been listed on our website since the 1st of September 2019.
It is not possible for us to deliver goods over the holiday period.
As I do not have your order number I cannot give you specific information on your order for this please contact our Help Desk and they will be able to assist you.

You have placed this review on the 30th of December 2019 however you signed for this delivery on the 23.12.2019 at 11.57 at the delivery address.
Fastway made attempts to deliver this order to your address on the 19th and 20th of December 2019 without.
If you have not received this delivery on the 23rd of December 2019 you need to contact us and this matter needs to be notified to Fastway and to the Gardai.

Update on delivery.
Hello again. I wished i could come here and write about how they made up for their service and delete or amend my review however the staff at custompcparts must be trying their best to annoy me. After receiving my parts 22 days after the original order i was happy to finally get to build the pc before Christmas unfortunately i doubt i will have this issue fixed in time. They shipped out the incorrect case. I ordered a case listed on their site including 4 fans. 3 RGB at the front and one at the rear as the build i am making will require alot of cooling. I received the item without the 3 fans. Upon contacting the staff i was told that although the name, images, description, and item specifications of the case i ordered all included the fans the item they sold was different. meaning they openly advertise one item and ship another CHEAPER variant. I tried to remedy this by asking for the missing fans and i would install them myself and forget about it. The staff have proceeded to instead ignore my messages and respond with indignant one line responses that completely ignore what i say. This customer services is absolutely atrocious. Complete insulting disregard for your problem.
In summary they shipped the item 22 days late, sent the incorrect item, refused to acknowledge the problem and have expected me to just accept having rather expensive parts i ordered just never arrive. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will not drop this issue like they clearly expect me to.
