They were quick to respond and got my product to me very quickly. I gave them the details I wanted on the photo and they did exactly what I asked. I would definitely recommend.

I was worried about paying up front and seeing what I would get but WOW!! The artist did an incredible job, and did it quickly and professionally. Skepticism erased! I am excited to order more work from her.

Nina painted 3 of my cats, one that had passed. I did not like the colors and sent better photos and she nailed it. I asked her to put a halo above the one that passed and it brought tears to my eyes. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the final product and I couldn't thank her more!

I would 100% recommend Mel!! She was super sweet and was so understanding of my requests to change some aspects of the portrait! Her finished work was amazing!!

I ordered a custom print for my best friend and her fiancé of their three cats as a moving in present. Mel was so lovely throughout the communication and ordering process, she answered all of my questions in detail and in good time, the outcome was absolutely amazing, I am in awe of her talent and artwork and would highly recommend ordering from her and the CustomPortraitShop!

I loved my custom pet portrait! Mel's quick turnaround time with creating the image was fantastic without compromising the quality of the artwork. I had one request to revise the wording on the bottom of the image and her team was quick to reply and adjust the artwork. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would repurchase in the future!

They also were very helpful in recommending options near me to print on such short notice! Turnaround time was quick and love how it turned out, excited to gift to my partner de Valentine’s Day :)
